The only thing I would change was some sort of fridge inside the rooms and also that we had to leave the keys with front desk everytime we left the hotel.

This is the sweetest hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was great, only a 15 min walk to the Plaza, yet in a quieter area so we got great sleep. The staff was so amazing, all of them at the front desk, so helpful and caring. The lady who serves the breakfast, I think her name is Margot, was the sweetest and most attentive, I will miss her. The breakfasts fruits were the best and she will make toast for you, there were also fried eggs, sausages and others goodies. The entire hotel was so clean our rooms were great in size, not too small not too big, it was perfect to come back and get a good night sleep after walking Cusco. The showers had so much power, absolutely loved them, we all looked forward to those showers at the end of the night. We appreciated the heaters in the rooms since it gets cold in Cusco. You are allowed to leave your belongings in hotel if you have a late flight. I personally would stay there again if in Cusco.

The kitchen sink had no hot water. But this is OK since we weren’t eating there almost ever.

The apartment was incredibly clean. Very nicely decorated. It looked more expensive than we had to pay. We appreciate it how well they cleaned it every day. The TV worked really well and they provided an HDMI cord so that we could hook our computer up to the TV. They provided amazing lunch sack Saturday morning when we took early morning excursion buses out to Machu Picchu. Probably the most impressive thing was the breakfast in the view from the fifth floor. Unbelievable view and unbelievable breakfast. I don’t think you could call it a continental breakfast. It’s more like an awesome buffet breakfast. Very high class. Even though this was off the beaten path, it only costs about three dollars for a taxi to get to the main Square. We are seriously considering coming back to this very hotel. Salim and John were excellent hosts at the front desk.

We booked the "double room with private bathroom" and were given the most claustrophobic room with the hardest bed I've ever laid on. The lights from the hallways (motion-censored) would shine right into the room and the walls were paper-thin. HOWEVER, the next day I talked to the receptionist and he worked with us to get a new room within 24 hours. The next room we stayed in was like night and day to the first!! I couldn't believe the two rooms existed in the same hotel. The lesson here is to book the deluxe room with a balcony or don't book here at all.

Staff was very accommodating when we were disappointed by the first room assigned to us. Very clean and the breakfast is yummy. The views from the rooftop are awesome.

Nothing. It was not in the center of the city, 600m away.

It was very clean, wide and everything was perfect. They are very kind. The breakfast were like 5 star hotel's. When we have to start very early mornings, they made lunch boxes.

Nothing! But if you are looking for something in the center, this is about 15-20 minutes walk.

This was a wonderful place, where I would gladly stay again, as well as suggest to friends. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and taking care of our need immediately. The terrace is simple and beautiful. It’s quiet and lovely!

We don’t have any negative comments. Really, it was great all the way.

When we arrived with the taxi, we were directly welcomed. We intended to stay only one night then travel away from Cuzco. But my family loved it SO much that we stayed 3 more nights. Our apartment was so spacious, clean and beautifully cute. Calm surroundings and great view on Cuzco and the mountains around. The ladies preparing the breakfast are so attentive. The staff took good care or us during the entire stay and even arranged a late check out before our evening flight. The food was delicious. The breakfast area and the rooftop terrace are great locations to chill out and enjoy the view. I totally recommend

It was a bit cold in the winter.

This is an excellent brand new apartment hotel. The facilities are excellent. We had a very comfortable 3 room apartment. There is secure underground parking. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic in a restaurant with panoramic views. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown, but not in it so it is a quiet area.

They don’t have the best Wifi, but I think it’s a general problem in Cusco. The owners are working to improve it, which is a big plus for me.

I liked everything: - the owners & the personnel are very kind & willing to help; - the apartment was like in the photos, very spacious and clean; - the breakfast was buffet type, very varied and delicious 🤤; - i didn’t feel for a moment unsecure in the neighborhood. It’s quiet, safe & pretty close from center.

As I mentioned above, there was no heat. Then, we were told to use the elevator in groups. In other words, using the elevator frequently would cause it to break, huh? What the f—-? You pay for a hotel and you then have to limit your use. I certainly could not take the stairs. With MS and a bad leg, I would not stay in places without one. Then, there were no handrails by the stairs that led you to the main hotel reception. This was difficult for me and two others with knee problems. Then, having to pay for toilet paper after we consolidated in one apartment was just too much. Two soles per roll. Perhaps we should had tried to sell it back and charge a per sheet fee?😩 It felt as if we were been nickled and dimed all along the way. The surprising thing was that, unlike all the other places we went to in Peru, the people here were just not nice. Here, there was a lot of passive aggressive behavior all the way through—the lady preparing breakfast was the exception. I felt this when we checked in and were told we needed to pay the full amount of the rental upon checking in. Perhaps others checked into this place and potentially walked away without paying because of the problems with the place? Anyway, who knows but it was most unpleasant. Finally, the location of this place is not in the center of Cusco. When we actually did tour the town, it felt as if we were in two different cities. Ours was such a strange experience. I could not understand the hotel staff. It felt as if they know nothing about running a hotel. Certainly, in the more than 40 years I’ve trailed internationally, I never encountered anything like this. My advice is find a better option in Cusco. There are many. Unfortunately, due to unforeseeable, our search for places to accommodate 9 people got to a late start but if you look a place at least 6 weeks ahead, you ought to find something nice.

Where should I start? We’ll, breakfast was fine and the terrace setting was fabulous. The accommodations were fine. Overall, the apartments were very comfortable with one major exception—there was no heat. We kept on asking for space heaters which, once provided, worked out ok. The beds were comfortable but awfully high. As a matter of fact, one person fell off of one and ended up with raccoon eyes after the fall. Also, 3 people in the group fell ill and three more, including myself, ended up sick upon return-one person with Covid and one person with the flu.

The apartment was extremely cold and humid. There was mo heating system and all available to warm the 130+ sqm flat was an electric radiator. Avg temperature in Cusco at night was 7-9 celsius. It truly made our stay uncomfortable. On top of this, the laundering service lost several items (socks) never to be found again. Lastly, the cleaning crew dropped one of our mobiles while cleaning leaving a minor damage. unfortunately our stay was far from pleasant, Altough the staff tried to be nice.

The staff tried to be helpful. Breakfast was OK
