We were very happy with this hotel located a 10-minute walk away from Plaza de Armas (main square). The room was a decent size, had a comfortable bed, was quiet. The shower was good & always had hot water. A good breakfast with eggs (they’ll cook you pancakes if you ask) is served on the nice roof terrace with views over the surrounding volcanoes - we loved having breakfast up here! The owner, his wife & staff are friendly. You do have to ring the bell to get inside the hotel in the night time, which we normally don’t like but it was never a problem here as we never had to wait long & the area is safe. We recommend staying here.

It's very well located near the city centre but still really calm and noise-free. Rooms are nice and clean, the hotel has interesting design and they serve a simple breakfast on the terrace everyday. They let us check in earlier and kept our stuff after the checkout and also provided all the important information about the city and tours. Staff is very welcoming, warm and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Really helpful staff. Beautiful sitting room, patio, and rooftop terrace where breakfast was served. Delicious and substantial breakfast. Comfortable and quiet room (rooms face inner patio and not the street which is helpful for noise). Clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Short walk into main are of town. Convenient laundry service - folded and waiting for us upon our return from Colca Canyon. Luggage storage.

10 minute walk to the main area- always felt very safe walking (day and night). Just so people know. Taxi's are available.

The family were SO lovely- they really made the trip for us :D thank you guys. Breakfast was great- lovely terrace with mountain backdrop. Booked Colca Canyon through the hotel and it worked out much cheaper! Arequipa is a beautiful place.

We’ve stayed at this hotel each time we travel to Arequipa because they treat us like houseguests. The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay as uneventful as possible. The location is close to the Plaza de Armas and many excellent restaurants I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, clean rooms with a good location a few minutes away from the main square so it isn't noisy. The breakfast menu was simple but the options that we tried were all tasty, we recommend the banana crepes. We booked the Colca Canyon trek through the hotel and they were able to match the price from one of the tour agencies in town. The laundry service was quick, we received our laundry the same day and the price was reasonable.

The only negative point was that the rooms were noisy. We would still book here again anytime we are in Arequipa.

be aware that there is a 12% Service Fee coming on top on the Booking Price. You wont see this while booking. We never had this problem, they told us they cant do anything about it. I highly doubt that. 12% is a lot!
