Room was a little cold, thin walls, I had to wait some minutes for the water from the shower to get hot

Nice location near plaza the armas but quiet enough to get good sleep, nice and friendly staff

Location was a bit dodgy at night

The staff was super friendly and kind. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom, great for a quick stop over :)

Virgilio’s tour help was fantastic. Room heaters would be nice.

Our room was cold so it was difficult to dry items. A portable heater would have helped with this problem.

The value was great and Virgilio was a tour guide who helped us enormously recommending and setting up tours. Every hotel should have Virgilio.

For me the room was too basic, a little bit too small and very cold. The breakfast is also very basic, which is normal for such price.

Good location very close to the historical center (10-minutes walk) but quiet, really helpful and friendly staff (owner), they allowed me to leave my suitcase while I travelled to Machu Picchu, organized the excursions. Very affordable price.

A pretty basic breakfast, which I found was pretty normal in most places here unless you pay the big bucks. My main peeve was trying to get hot water for a shower.

The room was really clean - nicely painted, new closets, comfortable beds, big shower, pressed sheets. The owners are also travel agents and the husband is a licensed tour guide. He did a terrific city and area tour with us. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. His wife saved me $200 on our tour to Lake Titicaca! Beautiful people. The hotel is close to everything and just a 7 minute walk to Plaza del Armas. The rooms were extremely inexpensive.

There is an exterior door under lock and key, followed by an interior door once in the courtyard to enter the hotel. I was locked out of the hotel despite having a key. They arrange to leave the hotel door unlatched and this wasn’t the case when I returned at night. I feel this is a safety issue. After dark there were drunk men right by the hotel pissing in the street and I didn’t feel safe not being able to get in to my room.

Great location and comfy bed. The people running the accommodation were very nice.

Depending on other guests it can be a bit loud. But the hotel owners actively take care of this.

The hotel is situated very close to the plaza mayor, main trafic routes and touristic attractions. Restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies are very close. The Hotel has a cheap laundry service, a great tour agency which i can reccomend and the nicest staff! They did everything to make the stay awesome!
