Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI think breakfast was fair but it should have some protein such as bacon or ham. I also think that the bathroom should have estractors to take out the humitiy and the rooms should have a heater instead of A/C (or maybe both, I am not sure if it is ever hot at night In Cusco)
What I liked the most about this Boutique Hotel was the Location (San Blas) and the designed of the Hotel. Very Unique and pretty. Rooms have good view of the montains and the place dedicated for breakfast is small, cosy and beautiful!

United StatesWifi was a little weak. I had to move to the other bed, or go outside if I wanted internet. Laundry was S/10 per kilo at the hotel, but the laundry right next to it was S/2.5 per kilo.
Everything. Although, breakfast was pretty much the same every day but it was fresh, healthy, and delicious. The room was big, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful. Location was perfect.

Location! Situated in a very picturesque part of San Blas, within 10 minutes walk or less to lots of fantastic restaurants, with great views from the top floor breakfast area. Super comfortable beds with memory foam pillows and a down comforter. Mini bathtub and rain shower with the absolute hottest water - you actually have to be careful because it gets very hot very fast! But it’s such a treat to have enough hot water to take a bath followed by a shower. Heating element in the room. Rooms and property look as shown in the photos. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Felt very safe staying here as the front door is always locked and you have to ring a bell to get in. Convenient mini market located just next door with regular and express (same day) laundry service. Standard breakfast of 2 eggs, bread with butter and jam, fruit, juice, tea and coffee but the location made it so much nicer than the same breakfast in other hotels.

United StatesI wouldn't stay in the rooms on the first floor because you will get all the lobby noise. It's not unbearable but if you're a light sleeper, I would request a room on the 2nd floor. Also the king size beds are two smaller beds put together, so there is a gap in between them that could be uncomfortable.
The location was great because it was walking distance to the main plaza, but also because there were many shops, cafes and restaurants pretty much next door. The hotel itself is super cute and the terrace upstairs for breakfast has nice views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful with every single request. We were able to leave our luggage upon check out so that we can still enjoy the city. They also allowed for us to bring someone in to do Covid testing prior to our return flight.

United KingdomThe room left a lot to be desired as the "private" bathroom was not really private as it was part of the room with no seperate ventilation system - had to open the window of the room to use it. A bit of an awkward and unpleasant experience to have.
Staff was very accommodating with requests (with the exception of changing rooms) and always helpful in providing for us in a kind and efficient manner. Breakfast was nice and had many different things to choose from. Nice view from the room that breakfast was served.

I was with my dad so we each had to leave the room when someone was going to take a shower. I don’t recommend unless you’re a couple. Wifi was very spotty.

AustriaI agreed with the Receptionist to get a particular room before I made my booking. Once arrived he mentioned that the guest just extended the stay and he can’t give me this room. In the night a very bad smell (like eggs) was all over in the room. I think it came out somewhere in the Bathroom. You get much better options in Cusco

United KingdomThe hotel is quite nice but there were several issues during our stay. We always mentioned that a reliable wifi was very important because we are working. I understand that wifi is not great in Cusco in general but we did not have wifi at all for 4 out of 8 days so had to go to a brunch place to have breakfast and work (and there was no compensation offered for this). There was no water on another day and some of the staff is very nice while others it depends on their mood of the moment. We missed breakfast several times due to the wifi issue but it is a very basic breakfast
Really nice location in the San Blas neighbourhood. Some staff are very attentive and we were allowed to leave our bags on the days when we went to the Amazon and Machu Picchu

United KingdomThe breakfast was very limited in both size and options. There seemed to be two members of staff there who were doing everything and were likely overworked. This no doubt plays into the very impersonal reception experience and how one can be waiting a little in order to be buzzed into the building. Like many rooms in Cusco, it can get pretty cold.
The bed was really comfortable and large; if you had a partner you didn't get on with: perfect. It wasn't a long walk from the centre.

United StatesWhen you shower, the water overflows over the edge of the shower and leak onto the bathroom floor.
The hotel is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The staff are all very attentive and easily accessible. When we went to Machu Picchu early, the staff asked if he wanted a breakfast for us to-go. The breakfast was delicious. Every morning they had fresh coffee, tea, cereals, and the cook prepared eggs. The rooms were also very clean and had good wi-fi. 10/10 experience.
