Internet connection in the bedroom was very weak, sometimes even with no connection at all.

There was no table in the room and no tray or similar in the washroom to put a few things. That would be a great improvement but that is just something minor

The breakfast was super good and was offered for a good price. Definitely added a lot of value to our stay and might make us come back! Good as well was the 24h reception and security service. We've enjoyed our stay and it was really good for the first days of our travels!

Everything was really nice, the location is perfect, one minute from Kennedy park, very clean, and the hostel offers a big variety of things to do.. the stuff is very kind and helpful, I met Jesus and Varelia, they are both very friendly, willing to help with everything, smiley and funny! First night of three the night guy put us in a 4-man drom room we didn't book, but that was sorted out as soon as the dayshift came. No AC. We couldn't really lock our room (open from common room balcony). Bedcover kept slipping of the mattresses.

Amazing showers with clean towels. Nice vibes and many different hang out places in the hostel. Good gym (costs 10 sol/pp). Very helpful staff. Location extremely good and close to airport shuttle.

Very good location in a nice and safe part of the city, very helpfull staff and 24hours reception, luggage storage and the nice terrace with a bar and good breakfast, definitely recommended.

We thought at first that we had arrived to the wrong place, because there was no logo or anything indicating that the hostel is there. Walking up the stairs we were almost convinced that we're in a wrong place, but we weren't I think they should Air bnb the Private rooms, because they would be lovely for that. Our room was not near the bar or the pool. To get there you would have to: take an elevator down 4 floors, cross the road, hope the guard is there, be let in and then walk 6 flights of stairs :D or if you want to cook you would have to do this carrying your groceries You have to pay for the towels and then again if you want to use the gym The Internet hardly worked, ended up using our mobile data in the house (the picture is taking from where our room was, pointing at the hostel)

Private room was nice and didn’t feel like a hostel. The bar area was fun but wasn’t loud to prevent sleeping. Laundry service was helpful and quick.

Bathroom, water all over the floor after shower. Has to walk up 4th floor. The staffs said don't worry the baggage at ground floor, somebody will carry to my roo, but waited for 15 minutes, nothing happened, and I had to carry it myself. The staff said will clean the bathroom floor and nothing happened for 2 days.

The hostal is up several flights of stairs which isn’t ideal with large bags. The windows are extremely thin and we could hear everything outside all night even though we was 5 stories high. Bathroom plugs could do with some beach as they smelt in our double room.

The location was great, kitchen facilities reasonable and generally clean the staff were always on top of the cleaning. The rooftop bar was lovely and very well priced. Staff very attentive and generally a nice vibe

Our private room was across the road from the main hostel so we felt a bit disconnected and it was a bit annoying when we wanted to cook food etc. It felt more like an aparthotel than hostel. Mainly chose this due to the gym but this was an extra charge - thought this would have been included!

Very nice rooftop with jacuzzi (didn’t use) and chill area. Loved the kitchen so you can cook. Liked that they offer a walking tour to meet people and explore the city. Right next to big supermarket!!!

Our room was in a separate building across the road, so we didn't really feel like we were staying in the hostel, and had to walk to the main building whenever we wanted to cook/be with other guests. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet stay, but not so good if you want to socialise.

Our room was next to the staircase and we could hear people go up and down and chatting throughout the night. It also kind of stank of cat pee everywhere, and extremely so in our bathroom?
