Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesas mentioned a little noisy also seemed like they were doing some construction on the room above mine, hopefully wont be a problem in the future and shows that they are making improvements the layout of the room was a little awkward as well.
The Blu Boutique was great, the door is locked at night which is a little bit of a hassle but nice to be secure, I was on the first floor so there was some noise with people coming in and out but not too bad, the breakfast was great, made to order eggs and coffee from the cafe and I really appreciated the noon check out time, gave me time to get out and about a little in the morning before checking out.

AustraliaWe stayed 3 nights in Blu Hotel Boutique. The hotel has been modernly renovated and is very comfortable and convenient to Miraflores shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the attached cafe is exceptionally delicious. The espresso coffee is the best I've had in a hotel after staying in a dozen hotels travelling Peru for the past month.

RussiaJust to know that hotel is located not in front of the see, as you can see on the map. So you have to walk or have a taxi ride till the ocean view.
We spent a couple of lovely days in this nice cozy hotel. Staff attention, the room and facilieties were perfect. Bed was comfy and big. The breakfast was good enough for the start of the day. The coffee was perfect. So, no complaints only positive sides.

United StatesI didn’t like the fact that the sink had only cold water. They did not plumb a hot water line to the sink. This made shaving extremely uncomfortable. There was too much construction noises going on, both from outside and inside the hotel.

United StatesThe room was soo tight, it had two queen beds, they should consider either one queen/ king or two twins. There were only 2 of us and we found it difficult to get ready. The bathroom was a BIG no. The configuration was off,- the door wouldn’t open all the way because it hit the toilet. The shower door wasn’t insulated properly and water got all over the floor.
It was GORGEOUS- location was perfect- close to San Isidrio and Barranca, and el Malecon. The staff were really what made the trip! They were exceptional!
