Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Really comfortable apartment ideal for a longer stay in Cusco. We stayed before and after our Inca trek and found the beds really comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Having a washing machine available on the top floor was fantastic, the location was good as just a few minutes walk from the centre or the pretty San Blas streets. Yanet the landlady was lovely, answered all our questions and organised a reliable taxi driver to pick us up from the airport too. Fully recommended.

Great location, awesome and nice host. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space for 2 people. The washing machine and relax zone on the top floor with awesome views was an added benefit.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Clean, unlimited hot water, lots of duvets and blankets. Great self catering kitchen with all utensils you'll need. Microwave, kettle etc. Roof terrace views and laundry machine up there too. Great value. We loved it.

ArgentinaThe walk up to the apartment wasn't great, but it was a minor inconvenient.
The property had everything one could need. The bath was huge, the beds were really comfortable, there were enough towels and the water was almost always hot. It took some time to heat up, and once or twice it came and went, but it was mostly great. Cusco can get pretty cold in Winter, but once you are in bed, there was no such thing as cold. There was even a hot water bottle available, which I didn't use, but it was nice knowing it was there.

CanadaDecor is a bit dated, water pressure soso but plenty of hot water. Living room couch not too comfortable. But overall for the price, location and spaciousness a good choice
3 storey walk up building, very secure and safe area, great location 5 minute walk to San Blas market where we enjoyed delicious bargain breakfasts fresh juices and grilled sandwiches, and 10 minutes from Plaza des Armas historic center.1 apartment per floor with a shared laundry area on the roof terrace. We had the 2nd floor 2 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen dining living area. Bigger bedroom has a comfortable double bed and dresser, single bed with dresser in 2nd bedroom. Great wifi, TV package, and the host Yaneth was very attentive and responsive, organized a cheap taxi both ways.thanks for a great stay!

Russia- Cuzco is quite cold at night, and one heater is not enough to make the temperature in the flat comfortable. There should be at least three, one for each room. - The washing machine is not for personal use; it is used by the other guests too and is situated on the upper floor. - Thanks to the guests with kids above, the flat was quite noisy for last 7 days
The location is very good; it is very close to all the major sights in the city center. There are a lot of small shops and cafes nearby. The hosts are very friendly.
