Nothing, although breakfast choice was small it was delicious and I overheard another couple make special requests/amendments which were accommodated).

Hi, we chose Casa Wynwood for its small boutique hotel vibe and it certainly lived up to expectations. The location is excellent and the staff friendly and attentive (with a special thank you to Arnold and the evening duty ‘manager’ who was also very helpful).

Everything. It’s an absolutely beautiful 5 star hotel, in every respect. Stunning, comfortable spacious rooms and outstanding bathrooms. Amazing water pressure in shower too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Fruit, granola, and avocado toast was my favourite

While breakfast was good, was same 2 options for breakfast daily No fridge in room but they were very accommodating when I had stuff to put away Superior Room/Apartment we chose was just a standard room..small and no amenities..bed, tv, bathroom. What we got and what was described on booking was not same room and they changed it for our last two days when they had availability

Here are my only two improvement opportunities for the hotel: 1. Add a mini fridge to the rooms. It’s a cheap, easy value add for your guests. Especially considering how much care and effort you already put into having an amazing experience. 2. Rethink your portions for breakfast. It was such a weird amount of granola and yogurt compared to fruit. It was literally 2 ounces of granola, 2 ounces of yogurt, 1 ounce of honey, and a ton of fruit. Just look up normal portions of granola/yogurt bowls for breakfast. The flavors were fantastic.

Everything from the building, room, wifi (200mbs+), staff, and location were amazing. We were in Lima for the beginning and end of our trip, and my only regret was that we didn’t find Casa Wynwood at the beginning of our trip.

The breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace restaurant or in the downstairs lounge. The food was excellent. Service was pleasant and attentive. The room was large with multiple views. The room was very well decorated with appropriate furniture, art and flowers. Bath robes, slippers, eye shades, etc. were all supplied. Free bottles of water were restocked each day. Multiple coffee stations in the hotel with complimentary bags of assorted premium nuts and snacks. The roof top restaurant meal was excellent. Creative chef with wonderful meals.

Lima’s water just smells. It’s rough everywhere there.

Clean, comfortable, cozy with nice library and business areas. Nice breakfast, with good espresso and staff that take the time to get you information or accommodation so your stay is a great experience.

I was grateful they could assist me in scheduling a luxury massage on the property upon my multi-day hiking excursion through the Andes. I requested a deep tissue massage, although they did do a fantastic job setting up the room for the massage, the massage I received was average. I thought that the gym facilities were beautiful.

My experience at Wynwood Barranco was exceptional throughout my entire stay with them. I had been communicating with the property for two weeks before my arrival, being very excited to visit my mother's hometown. The staff was warm, friendly, and genuine. The service that I received from beginning to end was exceptional. Thank You to all the staff for making me feel at home while I stayed on their property.

The place is impeccable. The stuff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. It can't get more tailors made than that. The hotel is exquisite, with attention to any small details. The Place itself is beautiful and located in a great area. Breakfast was superb, fresh, personally made and served to me even when I had to get early before serving time. The best service I ever got by far, and I do travel a lot. Perfect 10!
