Pilar & Paola are the most friendly Peruvian women we have ever met. They did everything for us! They let us feel like we were staying in a home, a warm and cosy place. The breakfast was simple but delicious because they asked you individualy what you would like to eat. The room was really clean and cosy!

Wow, to say this is the greatest experience we have had while travelling the world would be an understatement. Everything from the great rooms to the beautiful rooftop were perfect, but the best part of all was pilar and her daughters. They are the most loving, beautiful, welcoming people and made our stay exceptional. We will forever cherish the memories we made on our two week stay, our daughter Remi particularly loved it, and built a beautiful relationship with pilar. We cannot recommend enough, any travellers looking to stay 100% should. Thanks again for everything xx

If I could, I would give Pilar and her daughters 1,000,000 points. Book urgently and you will not notice the small flaws of the room, you will be enveloped in warmth, care and love. This is an incredible family that works hard to develop their business, which deserves a lot of respect.

Was a little hard to find, would be best if they put a sign outside their residence so you knew you were in the right place.

Pilar and her daughters, who run the hotel are the kindest and most thoughtful family. I really enjoyed our chats and the care they pour into each guest.

Everything! Paula and her children were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed speaking to them and spending time with them in the morning at breakfast. They were great with helpful recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants! Breakfast was very good. They looked after our luggage whilst we were trekking to Machu Pichu and we stayed back with them afterwards! The beds were really comfy.

More like improvements - some soap dishes/shelves space in the bathroom to put some toiletries would be great.

The family running the casa is definitely the star of my stay. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was great, thanks to the cooking of the mama. (Mucho gracias por los huevos, como lo cobinada mi abuela!) There are wardrobes to hang/put clothes in. They stored my luggage while I was on my away trip to Machu Picchu. Less than 10min walk to the Plaza de Armas, so you are very close to town. Yet you will not have the noise. It's safe for anyone to walk from town.

Walls were thin, could hear street traffic.

Paola and Pillar were amazing hostesses! From arrival to departure, we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast in the morning on the rooftop and was amazing and filling! Walking distance to town less than a 15 minute walk. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great facilities and close to everything but not in the middle of the chaos. Also in a flat area of the city, which is very convenient given the altitude. But the best of the place by far is the amazing family that owns it, definitely recommend it!!! Especially if you want to support local businesses!

The location wasn’t horrible! It was about a 10 min walk from the Plaza de Armas.

The room on the third floor in which I stayed in had the most comfortable bed and soft linens. The room was simple (no frills) but had everything I needed. The staff was the most friendliest I’ve encountered; they are such a sweet and accommodating staff/family. Highly recommend.

Maybe the name of the hotel somewhere visible outside would be nice. We arrived quite late, but luckily knew to look for the house number, but the taxi did not know.

The room was much more spacious and equipped than we were expecting. The shower is amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Most of all, what made this stay so special was the family. Paola is very informative, kind and available on WhatsApp, whenever you may need anything. We loved Pilar, who presented us with a delicious breakfast every morning. She spoke little English, and we speak little Spanish, but we still had wonderful conversations and learned so much about her. I wish she could come on our travels with us 😅.

There is nothing we didn't like. All was perfect.

We like everything, from the start until the end. The location is perfect. The house is very cozy and good value for money. The family, that runs that business couldn't be more helpful and nice. Paola, Pilar and the rest of the family made us feel like at home. Every breakfast was amazing and we couldn't ask for better start of the day. We don't speak Spanish but this wasn't a problem when speaking with the hosts. Originally we booked two nights and end up spending six. It was hard to leave. We will definitely recomend this property to anyone who wants to feel like at home away from home. :)
