The building and rooms itself was old and not modern at all, which is fine given the location. The breakfast was awful and almost uneatable. The street gets pretty lively at night, so if you're a light sleeper,bring ear plugs or something because the music bumps very loud.

The location was amazing. Right in the centre and close to so many lovely restaurants and churches (which are beautiful inside, attend a mass if you can). The staff was lovely and pretty helpful.

My only complaint was that the rooms were a little noisy. I stayed in both internal courtyard (small) and street side (very spacious). On the street side, there is a disco across the street - it was only noisy one night. To be expected street traffic given the location.

The location near the central square was fantastic. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful - both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. Nice breakfast buffet, with eggs to order. Also liked tea always available.

I did like everything in the hotel, so que question isn't applicable.

The location is fantastic, just a few meters from Plaza de Armas, with losts of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The helfullness of the hotel staff was also exceptional (namely Thalia, Eliana, ALberto, Daniel and Adolfo). Tours may be booked through another Casa Andina hotel nearby, and the hotel offers luggage storage while you are on an extended tour (like a trip to Machu Picchu).

The only big problem for me is that I asked for the first floor because I was traveling with my mom, who is a senior person, and the staff that treated me very nicely gave me the desired room, but on the first floor there is a lot of noise. everything is heard. I don't know if it was the ruckus of people arriving at the hotel or the noise from the restaurants next door. but I couldn't sleep because so much noise always woke me up. Also, my room was too hot. There was only one small window that opened a bit and faced the hotel itself, so it couldn't be well ventilated. the food was ok but no variety. he always came for breakfast an hour after it started and once he said arroz chaufa. and when I opened the source there was something else, when I asked they told me that it had finished and I asked if they would take out more and they told me no and instead they put onion and some more vegetable scramble. and we stayed several days and that is why breakfast seemed a bit daunting. but if you go a few days it's fine.

The hotel is super well located half a block from the main square and is perfect. the hotel is nice and very clean. The staff is super friendly and respectful, always willing to help. The beds are super comfortable and the room has a perfect space to put several suitcases and a shelf to organize your clothes or purchases. plus a small writing desk. I loved the room.

From 7am until 23pm without nonstop terribly loud music. Imposible to rest. I made video of the sounds but in booking you can leave just photos so just trust me. I received room I booked from the third time - the suggested me small rooms instead of one I paid for.

The location is perfect, very kind and polite stuff, good breakfast, spacios and very clean room.
