wifi was very very poor. menu was very limited. location was quite far from everything and resort did not have enough to keep you busy for the day.

Staff not very customer centric. Tried to get a kettle to make hot water for my baby to make a bottle but this wasn't available. Also I was quoted 80usd for a bag of laundry which costed 1,5 dollar to be washed in town.

After a month of a backpacking trip, we ordered 2 nights in a high level hotel to finish our trip in a special way. We never imagined that a hotel with such a high price and star reviews would be so disappointing and far from our expectations. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced in our lives. Food and beverages that were ordered arrived two hours late, 95% of the workers do not speak English which makes it almost impossible to communicate and ask for help when needed. Big dis-recommendation, we feel like our money went to waste.

Roooms too cold. Hot water intermittend hot/cold/hot. Food and staff at pool vepry very poor and cold when served. There is an overkill on children activities, it feels like staying in a day care centre rather then in a Radisson Hotel.

Dinner was good. Waitress Rachel was speaking fairly nice English. Rest of the staff next to nothing. Rooms look nice. Perfect bed amd pillows.

The area of the hotel is a bit out of the way, a short 10-12 minute cab ride for about 15 soles, what was strange is that you either have to leave a deposit or pay as you go for food and drink services and not charged to room and pay upon checkout, something i have never experienced in any large or medium hotel, the room did have a/c but no heating element , which when the temperature in the evening outside was 15C / 59F, heating up the room a bit would have been nice. The restaurant meals where ok, and on average would cost about 120-160 soles for 2-people without drinks. all in all the hotel’s price of $483 US dollars with my genius discount was a bit high for what it is and being off season.

The hotel is fairly new from what i was told and was built a few years before Covid, it is fairly sizable, grounds, common areas and rooms kept very clean, the room i stayed was a king which was spacious with a balcony view of the pool and ocean, the mattress very comfortable and pillows soft, the staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast abundant in a buffet style setting, the restaurant food is ok but a bit bland.

The staff was non-responsive when asking for requests. We were at the pool area, with 4 staff members in the bar, and no one came to ask us if we wanted a drink. I had to personally go to the bar to get them myself. Hence the pool area was empty. We had to call them twice to come and ask for second rounds. We also asked for a coffee and when it came it was cold. We politely told the server that this was cold. Her answer was well come to the bar and get it yourself... Because coming to you it gets cold. The service was terrible. The hotel itself is clean and up to standard, But Staff members need more training (Pool/Beach).

The staff was not friendly with us, they pretend to be a high end hotel but they do not have a high level of service. For example, we were chilling at the pool and could not drink something and charge it on the room, the staff was always concerned about people not paying for some things without any reason. Also, there is no heating in the room and in August it is therefore very cold

A little hard to get to, but the front desk was super helpful to find us a taxi each time we needed to go out.

Breakfast was fabulous and so was the food! We loved the pool and beach access. If we'd had more time we would have taken advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks.

There were no heating in the room. The climate system could only produce cold air, so it was a little bit cold. The staff has issues with English, mostly spoke only spanish.

The room was modern, very clean, well equipped and nicely styled. The view to the seaside is beautiful, especially at sunset. The facilities are all modern and well maintained. The pool and the surrounding facilities like the sunbeds facing the sea front were very nice. The pool bar and the hotel restaurant served delicious food. I can especially recommend the seafood pasta and the leche de tigre. My compliments to the chef. The staff of this resort is incredibly kind and helpful. They upgraded me to a higher floor upon my request without hassle. I don't speak Spanish so the receptionist was so kind and helped me to arrange a taxi in my next travel destination. Overall it was a great experience. I wish I could have stayed longer than just one night.

The hotel is located in the suburban calm area of Paracas. People work here we’re very kind and especially a restaurant staff Srta. April was so caring lady that my breakfast was very comfortable. Thanks indeed and I hope I can come back soon!
