Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenTodo , everything. The wifi is very important for me since i travel and work online. Their wifi was great and their breakfast was amazing. It was so special. So clean and the staff.... amazing!!!! I have never met a staff THAT friendly and kind. There was a guy at the desk who did my check in , he gets a 5 star. Always so kind to help me and answers all my questions. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. As i mentioned , this is the best hotel i've stayed at!

United KingdomI really can’t think of anything. I enjoyed the whole trip. The hotel was excellent and I enjoyed the swimming pool.
The breakfast was very good, and all the food that we ate there. I liked especially the fresh fruit and juices. I would like to of had bacon. But it was excellent all the food.

ChileThis property is not for visiting with family if the intention is to lounge around the pool in the open surrounded by beautiful gardens followed by a meal. The pool is on level 9, there is no garden/outdoor area and the restaurant serves grill/bar snacks.
This property is great for business customers that are in town for meetings and travelling on.
