quite location and rooms for Cusco but still close to the historic center. The staff makes sure there is not much noise from the other guests in the hallways. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, we really liked it.

The exceptional service provided by Gladys and the rest of the staff truly made our experience. From the warm welcome at check-in, great breakfast, comfy rooms, and the attentive assistance throughout our stay, the team's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major tourist areas made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is not very good. Away from the historic sites and good restaurants. Neighbourhood are not good.

It was a bit far from the major attractions on other side of the main square. It wasn’t too bad -just a bit of a walk.

We enjoyed the facilities and comfortable bed. The staff were helpful in organising a taxi to the airport and we had a wonderful breakfast.

Brilliant accommodation a large modern room with a great view of the city but set back in a quiet street and very safe. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, good choice at breakfast altogether one of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in while travelling around south America

…the breakfast did feel a bit unorganized. One morning, although not very busy at the time, kitchen staff took a long time to replenish the buffet and drinks. They had also run out of some items, which were not even in stock the day after (no special holidays or anything causing this). Also experienced that items from the menu could not be chosen multiple days in a row. So don’t expect too much of the breakfast, and you might be positively surprised.

Very big bed with sockets right next to it. Staff is super nice and helpful, although they don’t speak a lot of English. We liked the location - short walk to the historic centre, and area felt very safe. No problems extending our stay by one night. We very provided a simple packed lunch when going on early morning trips, which was nice. Breakfast at the hotel was nice but…

Property isn’t in centre of town however it’s a simple and safe walk to all of Cusco’s places of interest. Minimal facilities but you’re not staying here for a gym and a business centre.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a decent size, clean, no issues with showers. Free tea and coffee near reception plus breakfast. Wifi connection solid. Extremely good value for money.

Nothing it was amazing

The staff are amazing! So lovely, Giara, Marionella and Kevin - were wonderful! Breakfast was interesting with different options such as tamales or beef & eggs, as well as traditional gringo breakfasts. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It is about a 10/ 15 minute walk into the centre of town but at no time did we feel unsafe even walking at night. Uber taxis will drop you off for around £3 if you don’t fancy the walk.

Great accommodation and value for money! Our room had good facilities and was very clean. Breakfast was also decent. Special mention deserves the staff. They were very helpful and even celebrated international women's day by giving my girlfriend a hug and some chocolate :)

Only a small window in the bathroom and no AC

Location was great, just outside of the main old centre but close to train station and had good local shops/restaurants. Bedroom was clean, hotel was in good condition and staff very friendly.

We ended up being in a deluxe family room which was amazing - huge comfy bed, smart TV and lots of space. The hotel felt luxury and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Peru (buffet with four additional cooked options to choose from).
