Best value for money. Friendly and helpful staff that arranged a taxi for us to go through the valley and leave us in Písac. The interior is so charming and you don’t get any noise from the road outside as all the rooms are on the back of their garden! It’s a bit out of the center (like less than 10 min walk) but it’s still a great location!

Magnificent room with stunning views and it’s own private garden, hot water. Staff very helpful with special diet, printing bus ticket for MP, and transport to station. Great breakfast

I had a great stay. It’s a small family run business. The room was clean, the water was hot, and everything was great. The owner is super friendly and happy to answer your questions. It’s a short walk to the main plaza. The breakfast was also great, the best I have had so far in all the budget hostels in Peru. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and kind staff - lent me an iPhone charging cable after mine broke. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed. Lovely garden areas with hammocks and chairs to relax.

This hotel is so perfectly decorated and so clean. The owner has put in lots of effort in making the visitors feel like home. Breakfast is awesome. Bathroom is modern with really hot water which makes the big difference after a day of hiking. I will definitely come back.

Maybe breakfast could start earlier, but they said it was from 8:00 to 9:30, and they were very punctual starting at 8:00am

The room was huge. Price was very low, so we were not expecting it to be so big. It was not fancy, but it had plenty of room, very clean, good towels, a very good and hot shower, above expectations for the price

Despite the payment conditions clearly showing no fees for the use of a credit card they actually wanted to charge an additional 5%. It is indeed common in Peru in general to charge more for cc use, but in particular I've used several hotels (inc via Booking.com) who advertise no extra fees only to try and charge 5% extra when you get there. I'm unclear if this is a genuine misunderstanding and that they don't realize that charging the guest an additional amount to make up for the fees that their own bank/payment processor is charging them is in fact clearly a "cc fee" to the guest. Normally when the amount is small I let it go, unfortunately in this case I had just suffered 4 days of rip-offs and bad service while in very touristy areas and so this time wasn't prepared to. This hotel is clearly worth a 5% addition to the very modest price, I just wish they'd sort out their listing!

Noise from outside is easily heard in the room (dogs, birds, other people) and it’s up several stairs - good to be aware of for those with limited mobility.

Great value for money: very nice staff, a very curious and quirky B&B with good breakfast!

The host is amazing, has provided all the need information before my arrival and has even met me on the street to ensure my arrival. The place is super central and has everything you need. The room is quiet and cosy. The host has prepared my breakfast for the day after since I was living super early in the morning, her kindness is just amazing.

We had no complaints, really. It would be nice to have heating but that’s not common in Peru. Be aware that there are lots of stairs to climb if you’re staying in one of the top rooms.

Super comfortable and fantastic value for price. Waking up right next to the Andes was beautiful, and the hotel is also very close to the main square. The bed was warm and comfy and the shower hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was really great, with a variety of fresh fruits and freshly made scrambled eggs and orange juice, tasty bread and good coffee and tea. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

The bathroom shower needs improvement. The hot water runs out easily and you really can’t control the water temperature. Sometimes, you could get a blast of very cold water in the middle of bathing. And it gets quite cold in this part of the country.

Security seemed a bit lax. The front door wasn't always locked at night and the desk wasn't always manned.
