Amazing room. Good location. Quiet square a short walk from Plaza Mayor. Lovely, helpful staff. Room was large with high ceilings, king size bed and a balcony overlooking the square.

It gets cold at night. Blankets provided warmth, but it was cold when you got out of bed. City and sacred valley tours arranged through the hotel were inexpensive, but I wouldn’t recommend this travel agency, as the quality was poor and slightly disorganized.

Excellent hotel - small, comfortable and with personalized service. The location is hard to beat, in one of the small San Blas Streets, across from an excellent restaurant and a short walk to the main square. There is a mini mart next door, where you can buy water and supplies. The hotel arranged a taxi to and from the airport as well as city and sacred valley tours. Breakfast is fine - choice of eggs, pancakes, fruit and yogurt, as well as a hot and cold drink. They provided a laundry service (for a few), and assisted me when I had altitude sickness (oxygen and coca tea). We stayed in the king room in the top floor. It was spacious and quiet, and had an excellent view.

The room didn’t have a window to the outside, just one into the hallway. They did include a fan though which was helpful.

The room was perfect for the price- comfortable, modern, clean, great location. The breakfast was delicious and good size and the staff was friendly and helpful.

…but it seems they wanted to scam us as they told us to cancel our booking on Booking.com in order to give us a discount, however the booking was no longer cancelable and we would suffer fees. It was not only about us though, as we heard it being offered to other guests as well. Some of the staff spoke only Spanish. The room was nice but some time has passed since the last renovation and you can clearly see that. There were some ants walking around the room (bed included) and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, only a window that was not always convenient to open. The weather in Cusco is chilly and you could feel that in the room - without the heater on (which was tiny) the temperature was roughly the same as outside. The breakfast was poor both in choice and in size, and the staff declined my partner’s request to add onion to the omelette.

The room was very nice. The view was even better. The location was great, in the lovely neighborhood of San Blas, looking out at the Plazoleta where we were surprised to find a Saturday Artisanal Market. Every place of importance in Cusco was up to 15 minutes away by walking. The staff was responsive through Booking.com and quick to arrange laundry service…

The noise from other rooms is really bad, if someone walks around or even someone walking upstairs is very loud, just bad sound proofing. The beds were a bit hard for me

Breakfast was good, the location is very pleasant with many art galleries around, the staff was kind and helped us with our luggage, but the best was that the room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The breakfast is basic (just changing the bread would be a great improvement) and there is no common areas. Dinning area can also be upgraded to make it cosier. While the back rooms are great to avoid hearing the street noise, you can still hear people on the corridor and the water pumping system. The rooms with garden view actually look over the glass ceiling of the dinning area.

Well located and comfortable, modern, and well designed rooms. Big beds and clean. The man at the reception (can't remember how to write the name) very friendly and supportive. Nice place to stay that with little improvements becames superb.

Room is beautiful. There is heater to warm us at night. Bathroom is clean with hot water shower. We changed 3 hotels during our trip to Cusco. This hotel is the best.

The hotel is very well located. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and markets in the area, including a nice plaza across from the hotel. It was an easy walk back and forth to the main plaza of Cusco, we took a new route on our way back to discover a new street. The room was nice and comfortable, the beds super comfy and the people at the front desk were extremely nice and very helpful with our questions and requests.

Excellent location close to main square near an organic health market and mini market. Clean set up comfy beds and excellent breakfast! Staff Wilberto was above and beyond at accommodating with our food allergies during breakfast and super friendly speaking great English.

The only tiny negative is that the rooms facing the square can get a bit loud due to the echoing from the stones.

Wow this place is amazing! After months backpacking it was a real treat to spend a little extra on a proper hotel and this place is worth it. All the staff we exceptional especially the male receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms are lovely, with TV and best shower we’ve had in South America. The breakfast was really good . Location is ideal being in San Blas - the trendy area of Cusco!

You can definitely hear noises if you're neighbor are up early in the morning! Just bring earplugs! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

The chimney smoke was coming into the room through a small window in the bathroom that was used for ventilation. The breakfast was very basic. The breakfast box was just bread with two slices of cheese without even butter. The balcony door lock was broken and open.
