It was beautiful and clean, the bed was so comfortable. I had issues with altitude and the staff were so accommodating to make me feel better.

The first night we stayed in a smaller room and you could easily hear the noise. However, for the remaining nights we changed it and it was completely a different story !

I felt like at home ! Wilbert has made that possible with his kindness throughout our stay and we appreciated that so much.

I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

Things I liked about the property: comfortable bed, good shower with warm water, delicious breakfast, excellent location that’s near the Mercado de San Blas (you’ll find really good food for 10 soles), and good Wi-Fi connection.

Everything! The best location (right on Plazoleta de San Blas) and the friendliest staff. The room are decorated so well and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I want to live here!

Area was noisy but better with the window closed. Worse was the noise from other guests coming and going during the morning. Our room was closest to the stairs and we heard everything. I'd highly recommend staying here but if you're a light sleeper request a room away from the reception.

Great locations, although during our stay there was constructing occurring in the square. Very friendly staff, they didn't speak much English, but easily helped us with finding taxis and laundry services. Breakfast was great, there were a few options to pick of a menu and we tried most. The room was a good size and felt like home during our 5 night stay.

breakfast is by portions and is rather small for me, not sure if a male could be happy with it. there is no air conditioner or a heater, it was cold in the room. staff doesn’t speak English that is surprising for such a level of a hotel in a super touristic city.

the room is super fancy and well designed, it was a visual pleasure to live in. Wi-Fi worked well

The noise from the honking outside (not the hotel fault but take into account if calm is a priority) Balcony door didn’t seem to fully close No filtered water available (but they do give you complimentary bottled water the first night)

the location could’ve been a little better, but it honestly was not bad at all. It was very easy to get to the historical center and where everything was “happening”

Breakfast options are too short. Common area is very tiny.

Staff was great and very kind with us. The room was very spacious and even faced to the street no noise issues since they have double glass windows. The beds are super confortable. We had to leave our luggage 2 days before our stay since we had a tour to matchupichu and they accept to keep them without any problem.
