Cash only but luckily they were able to accept payment in US dollars so it all worked out.

We spent several hours here during a long layover. The location was much more convenient to the airport than Miraflores or beyond. Nice neighborhood with lots of parks. The room was very comfortable and far better than spending all those hours at the airport.

The larger patio at the back of the property has not been maintained, I tried sitting out there but the chairs and tables were dirty with bird poop. It was once a very pleasant space. My room was fine although a bedside lamp would have been reasonable and I don't think it had been cleaned recently or very thoroughly.

Lovely atmosphere with antique-style furniture and art, a quiet location with a great bakery just 2 blocks away and a pretty park right in front. The breakfast was nice and the lady who attended was friendly. The bed was comfy and I had a massive bathroom with excellent shower.

Only a couple of minor inconveniences; the pillow cases had seen better days, and the shower leaked into the bathroom.

Staying in this quaint old hotel felt more like staying in someone's home. It is nicely decorated and has a lot of warmth and character. The staff member who looked after me (I think his name is Ronald) was always helpful and obliging, and prepared a nice breakfast for me every morning. I briefly met the owner and he was delightfully friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well located in San Miguel in a peaceful, quiet street, that felt safe.

Unfortunately, the access to the ocean is quite far, you have to walk up to one hour to find a staircase to get down the cliff.

The host was super friendly and very helpful. You feel really welcomed. The quarter is quiet and safe, and is not far from airport (up to 15 min drive by taxi).

Great location, close to the airport and to others interesting districts like San Isidro, Callao, and Miraflores. It's not far from the centre , you need a 15/20 minutes ride by taxi. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet, hot water for shower. no problem. Just what you need after a whole day touring in Lima. Breakfast is made fresh for you. Javier y Juan helped with any questions and advised where to go and what to visit. I would stay here again!

The room was quite small. Practically room for our bed and then space for.our suitcases right next to it. I wish the suana that was in the shower worked and the water pressure of the shower was a little funky as ithad multiple settings yet didn't seem to fully put the water through one of the shower heads.

The staff was very helpful. Even the other guest were kind, warm and welcoming! The feel was of an older historic catholic/Spanish influenced building and was so nice. Our shower was large which is always a plus.

We had an issue paying by card and had no cash on us as it was our last night in Peru. When it came to pay we had to be escorted to an atm to withdraw cash which was a little inconvenient as we had a flight to catch. I’d advise bringing cash for payment.

We really loved the decor of the place. We received a warm welcome. Comfortable and clean! Convenient location for the airport. We adored the two dogs! Great wifi.

Javier was an excellent host. Our flight landed early and he did let us check in and use the room at 6 AM. He was also up by 630 the day we were leaving to make sure we get a cab to the airport.

Very few restaurants within walking distance of the guesthouse.

Casablanca is a beautifully restored Hacienda on a nice quiet street. It's a very relaxing place to stay. Javier the owner is a superb host with lots of insights on Lima and Peru in general. His 2 French Bulldogs are part of the program and great fun. We would definitely stay there again.

The stay was amazing! I was looking to explore the local culture of Peru and could not find a better place. The hotel was decorated in old national decor and I felt I was living like a local. The staff was super helpful and went beyond the duties to make my stay comfortable ( serving breakfasts in the middle of the night due to my crazy schedule and cleaning my clothes for several hours). Two amazing Frenchies living in the place welcomed me as a family member and I spent amazing evenings with them on my knees.
