We liked everything, but they were a few things that could be handled better. First we were not told that the water in the room is not free, so we had to pay when checking out. On our last day we went out for a walk as we had time before the checkout time - 11AM. When we came back around 10:30AM they already took out our suitcases from the room (luckily we had everything packed and ready to move out). This was something that we were not used to and it was confusing.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casona Corrales. The location was very good, close to Plaza de Armas, but quiet at the same time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a problem in the room we were initially checked in (the water in the shower was not warm) and the staff moved us to another room. But most importantly the hotel staff were the nicest people, trying to be helpful. Me and my boyfriend were sick for a few days while staying there and they were so helpful, ordering food for us.

Casona Corrales is a great place to rest and relax in Cuzco. We were able to have a good rest while enjoying the amenities and the property. I will be back. The linen, cutlery, and service quality surpasses more expensive establishments.

I had a very early morning pick up and while I was waiting for my driver, the lights kept turning off in the lobby and there was no staff present, so it was a little creepy.

A little noisy between the rooms but due to its construction to be expected. Everyone seemed to be respectful as this is a place where you are up and about early to take advantage of the tours on offer.

It’s in a fabulous location right off the square. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were big users of google translate. Facilities are great and you are staying in a colonial type hotel. There was double glazing to our shared balcony which had views to the square and to the many cathedrals in close proximity. We met our neighbour a lovely Canadian woman and had some good chats with her and her son. Would highly recommend staying here.

The first night my hot water and heater didn't work well. The beds have enough blankets that the heater wasn't really missed. But all was working fine by my second evening. Really nothing much I didn't like.

The location was perfect...just off of one of the park squares in a very clean and vibrant area of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also quite good. I'd stay here again.

Not a criticism, but no elevator for second and third level for anyone for whom this could be an issue. No closets, but shelves do the job.

Well being picky , Walking up the stairs with altitude issues... Fridge in room didn't work.

The hotel was perfect for us , typically traditionally peruvian , our room was like a palace . Three big double beds, wife was happy !! . Two minute walk to all bars , restaurants and the main square. Absolutely brilliant.

Beautiful interiors and if you can get a balcony overlooking the street, do it! Room was very spacious and all amenities were excellent. Location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the main square. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The property was bang in the city centre and near amazing restaurants. It’s close to the San Pedro market area as well making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone solo travelling and looking for an enjoyable stay.

The room was really dusty. Even after we notified them and they sent in a cleaning team to fix this, parts of the room remained really dusty - they didn't touch the picture frames at all and the dust had built up in a thick layer. But this seems par for the course in Peru, even luxury hotels had similar issues. The bathroom was also extremely tiny and the water took forever to heat up. Also, we think their water filtration system is not up to spec for tourists because we had some tummy issues. We drank the hotel filtered water on different days and respectively had tummy issues on those days. We went with boiled water for the rest of the trip.

Franklin, who staffed the front desk, was very helpful and courteous the whole time. The location was very convenient to the main square in Cusco and many good restaurants.

The staff was greatly helpful. We got sick of the high altitude and they help us get the oxygen which helped a lot. Really great service! The room was also comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast had good variety as well.

This hotel is right in the centre. It is near to many restaurants and famous squares. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
