We experienced no hot water when someone else uses the shower. The breakfast is good but 0 variety, just eggs and bread with a piece of fruit and coffee or tea.

Absolutely nothing.

Fantastic location only about a 6 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Excellent value for money. Elizabet and her husband are extremely kind and helpful people who do everything they can to make you feel at home. The room and bathroom are spotless with shampoo and soap provided and restocked everyday. Tea and coca leaves are provided for guests throughout the day Breakfast is very tasty, especially the fresh bread. We actually came back twice more between trips to sacred valley and the Inca trail and they welcomed us home like we were family. There are great laundry facilities, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes of the property. I would 100% recommend Casona Tordo to anyone visiting Cusco.

It is very centralised and the central streets of Cusco is noisy. Despite the sound proof windows, you can still hear what is going on outside

The water does have a strong sulfur smell but nothing needs to be done about, our window was always open anyways. Also the hot water definitely works, was a little difficult to regulate.

Hosts were very nice and friendly. They worked with us to give us the best stay. Also they have a lovely little area at the top of the building for looking at the city or watching some TV, or listening to the rain.

Good value for money, they even included a simple breakfast for you. The location is great, just 3 block next to the main plaza, and it is very close to the central market. Shower is good, with hot water. No water interruptions problem.

Wonderful accommodation with excellent location, 5 min walk to the historical heart of Cusco.  Our hostess was very kind and helpful.   Our room was warm, clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent hot shower combined with good water pressure.   The breakfast was well made and very tasty; a great start to the day.   We highly recommend this accommodation.

We were very delayed with our flights and we book this property at the last minute as we had already researched are we’re due to stay here later in our stay. Elizabet waited to meet us late, after 10:30pm. she showed us where everything was located in the property before we crashed out in the very comfortable bed. Elizabet is a wonderful host, always smiling and friendly, speaks English (my Spanish is terrible) and is helpful with directions and information about the local area. highly recommend that you stay here if you are on a budget but want an authentic Cusco stay.

Elizabet was the nicest host we found in Cusco. She let us in earlier than expected, prepared us some tea and was always avaliable to assist us. She even let us leave our bags after check out while going to Vinicunca. Elizabet prepared us a take away breakfast as we were leaving very early. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and the wc was very clean. Very well located.

A super cute family run guesthouse in the center of Cusco. Rooms and common areas were always clean. Good Wi-Fi. Great view of Cusco at night from the rooftop. A well-made basic breakfast of eggs, bread, jam and fruit. The owners were very accommodating and stored our bags during our Inca trek as we were returning to the guesthouse.
