Location in historical area close to the main square. Staff are excellent hosts, the whole place is well managed and kept tidy. They also provided useful advice on how to alleviate altitude sickness on our first night in Cuzco.

Near a place with a lot of bar and night clubs so it is quite noisy at night

People are very nice, very helpful and very accomodant. They even gave us a key to the hotel because we had a very late checkout - A great thank to Ana and her team - The beakfast is very good with fresh juice, fruits etc... - Very nice bed and bathroom. The decoration of the room is very nice with great painting. - The lobby is full of plants, it is lovely, very peacefull - Just 3 minutes away of the main plaza des las armas

I felt safe. We were able to leave our bags here after checkout and explore the city before our next trip. It seems the hotel is not from a chain, and therefore there is a more "homey" vibe. Enioyed the chandelier and the many many plants.

In room 10, the wifi signal is weak from the bed (but if you went to the table, it worked just fine)

Nothing was too much trouble. We were given fresh fruit when we left for our two day trip to Machu Picchu and whenever we returned from a day out, tea and coffee was always freshly made for us. Shower and rooms were good and the decorations are lovely.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were SO NICE, especially Ana, Gabi, Susana - they all catered to our every need and anticipated things we might like to make our stay better. The location was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the place was so clean and very conducive for groups to hang out in the common area. We all loved the breakfast and overall vibe of the place. Highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco! The staff was so friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. We frequently left the hotel at early hours before breakfast was served, so the staff prepared us a “breakfast to go bag” the night before that included a delicious selection of food. Our room was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. It also was a fantastic location, near everything.

I went with 6 friends and we all loved being there together. There is a nice common room to hang out in which made it feel like college. The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we always were well-fed. The beds were great. The location cannot be beat. Would completely recommend this place!!

Staff was amazing and accommodating. The staff has specific hours that they are onsite, but within those hours they always fulfilled our request. They are on point with the breakfast and make sure that you get your share, and if you can't make it, they will pack you a pack to go. We didn't realize when we booked it, but this place is near all the bars. If that is one of the scenes you are looking for, this place is perfect as there are 2 lounges and multiple bars near by. The central plaza is a small walk away but nothing that will leave you winded seeing that the altitude is tough.

The best part of the stay is undoubtedly Ana, the owner. She is welcoming, friendly, attentive, proactive and kind. She helped me organising my tours and followed up to ensure I was picked up on time and I was happy with the experiences. She was ready with fruit to go when I had an early tour and was kind to offer advice when I had any question about Cusco. The rooms are well kept and hot packs are provided at night when the temperature descends. The location is centric, two small blocks from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel also arranged pick up from the airport and drop off. It was full service!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Ana (the owner) is amazing.. she sorted out our train tickets to Machu Picchu and various tours including Sacred Valley and rainbow mountains.
