Nothing, it was a great price and a very good quality dormitory. It's a hotel primarily so don't expect a hostel vibe, but everything was perfect

The location was kinda ”to the wrong direction” from the main square but only three / four blocks so not too bad

Everything was perfect

Excellent location - less than 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and lots of restaurants, cafés etc close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super Clean. Beautiful lobby. 5* Buffet breakfast..The nicest, cleanest and very high quality dormitory ive ever stayed in.

Great hostel/hotel. Central location. Hot shower, very comfortable bed, small kitchen if you need. Free coffee/tea. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. One of the best breakfasts I have had in Peru.

Stella, Milagros & Carlos are the absolute best. They are the ones who made my stay special. Thank you for all your kindness and hospitality even though I was in the dorm, and not in a hotel room. Breakfast was great too.

The room is not quiet, you can clearly hear what people speaking in their rooms or in the common area. Not very close to the main square (it takes 15 mins walk)

Very noisy, quite a bit of noise from the foyer and a few very noisy guests. Perhaps put a courtesy sign out to stop guests making a lot of noise

Good place to stay in Arequipa and approx. 7 minutes walk from the Plaza des Armas with in the dorm: comfortable beds (incl. curtains, socket and light), big lockers and a very good shower (wait a while and you will get rewarded)! In fact, it’s a dorm with hotel facilities including hotel breakfast buffet. WiFi worked well, even in my bed in the dorm (ie nr 9). And not to forget the very lovely and helpful staff😃

No windows in the bunk but ventilation was still great. I tend to get lethargic and lazy without natural light but other than that it was fine!

Had the bunk to myself on the first night and shared it with one other the second night. Super comfy beds w individual light, power socket and curtains. Toilets and showers were clean. Nice seating area outside with pantry corner that you could cook at. Water boiler!!. Free luggage storage. Hotel style breakfast spread (cereal, sliced meat, cheese, variety of drinks, scrambled eggs etcetc!). Location was great too.

Sometimes a bit cold

It was quiet, also if, to be completely fair, one morning a group was allowed to check in at 9 in the morning, making a lot of noise. Location in the city center. Curtains on the beds. Breakfast is the same of private rooms guests (a buffet).

The age of the building means there are no external windows, but the room didn't feel dark or closed. Staff needed a reminder when we asked for new bathroom supplies.

Our bus arrived very early in the morning and we were pleased to be given a room immediately. In general staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast has a few options; not amazing, but reasonable for the price. Free tea and coffee available in a comfortable lobby. Only a few blocks from the centre.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Eby and Mary of the front desk team are very nice and helpful with information about the city.
