I had a great stay at Chakana Family Home! The family is super nice and the room was comfortable and clean. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for a small fee. They also have the sweetest dog and kitten.

The location is not a touristy place. We just stayed a night after a late arrival at the airport. So it didn’t bother us.

Denis is the best host you could imagine. He picked us up at the airport pretty late and we felt like staying at a friends place. Super comfy bed and breakfast at you room !

Denis the owner was very accommodating, he picked us up from the airport. The place is a family house and we had room with private bathroom. Close to the airport and other amenities. Denis went above and beyond during our stay, we could leave our big bags at the accommodation while we went away for couple of days and brought them to the airport to pick us up for our next leg of our journey. Would recommend to stay if you have connecting flight or wanna just get resting between flights.

The water pressure was a little low in the shower but had great hot water the whole time!

Denis was available via WhatsApp the minute I booked the room online. We arranged an airport pickup and dropoff easily! He was so friendly even though we only stayed for one quick night since we were catching a flight to Cusco in the early morning. He made us a great breakfast at a time that worked best for us (fruit, coffee, pastries, eggs) and made sure we were comfortable. We met his wife, two sons, little kitten, and dog. It was lovely to get a very brief tour of his home town on the very quick drive from the airport to his Callao home. The room was very clean with a king bed and our own bathroom. WiFi was fast and outlets easily accessible near the bed. We felt safe and like we had our own private space. Gracias por todo, Denis!

All was as expected.

Second stoppove on way to Cusco and back.. Budget price family homestay with large clean room comfy bed ensuite. Literally 10mins from airport. Very nice family. Held a bag for us. Denise the owner speaks English is on WApp. Picked us up just inside terminal and dropped us back at Airport middle of night small fee. So quick snd easy. Everywhere in area is barred up like most in Lima. Safe area though. Lots of families out and about.

The bed is pretty uncomfortable. There's no fan so we had to sleep with the window open and the busy street noises start very early in the morning.

Sweet hosts that were very accommodating for our overnight stay between flights. Felt clean as well!

I have no complaints, I spent the week before sleeping outside in the jungle so this place made me happy. I was very comfortable and fully enjoyed my 5 hours of rest. I would have loved to stay a few more hours.

It was exactly what I needed. Close to the airport and the owner picked me up at midnight and was able to take me back at 6am. I am a 43 year old female, traveling alone and I felt safe. It was Saturday night in a busy city so there was some noise but it was fine and didn’t last long after I got there.

10 Mins from Airport. Traffic in Lima is Horrendous so it ensures you are on time. Exactly as described. Basic clean room with large comfortable bed with own small ensuite. Its in a local safe street and is a family homestay. Denis the owner was exceptional he speaks English and was an ex Cusco guide. He Is on WApp. For a small fee he personally met us from just inside Arrivals. Dropped us back. An incredibly easy cheap transit. Booked same return from Cusco.

Dennis helped with a late pick up from the airport, and served a lovely breakfast in the morning at a time of our choosing. The room was perfect for our overnight stay and the family are lovely. Highly recommend!

You can hear the planes fly above pretty loudly, but we were so tired, we just passed out.

Denis and his wife were super friendly and helpful. Denis picked us up from the airport late at night (our flight arrived at 12:15am), got us set up and comfortable, and served us breakfast in the morning. We talked a lot about Lima and Cusco (our next destination) - he is very knowledgeable. He also speaks English, which really helped! Thank you for everything :)

It would be nice to have a fan in each room. We asked and Denis got us one from somewhere in the property. It would also be great if the window had a screen to keep bugs out. These things did not make a big difference.

The property was very clean and well kept. It was very close to the airport and Denis the owner is an exceptional host. The breakfast in the morning of fresh fruit, yogurt fried eggs and bread was perfect. The WiFi worked great! There is also a nice local market not far from the property. We also enjoyed watching the seniors play football at the field at the end of the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the owners prepared an awesome breakfast for us. It was great to be able to rest so close to the airport. They were also able to arrange to pick us up and drop us off for a very reasonable fee, eliminating any haggling or confusion when you first arrive in Lima Airport.
