Could have been a much better room with a few simple changes. Somewhere to put clothes, a bedside table for the upstairs bed, some hooks.

The room we had contained three beds across two floors, lots of space. Good value, breakfast was ok, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well, I think that's a Cusco thing, nothing is sound proof, I could hear every door being opened or closed, people walking on the hallway. Two of my friends were in rooms facing the street and they complained about the noise from the street.

This hotel is so cute. The staff was great, we even requested to stay one more night and they were able to help us. We got there back from the Inca Trail and the Laundry service was of great help. We had a late flight back to Lima, and they provided us options for late check out. They offered us a breakfast box if we had an early tour, but I actually forgot to notice them. Clean room and bathroom. Very close to downtown, lots of pharmacies and convenient stores right on the same street. Coca and muña tea available all time. Nice little Caffè at the hotel.

No conditioner, provided small heater as the room one wasn’t working. No cold water during the day, however can quickly call and they put on the hot water so that wasn’t too much of a big issue. Breakfast options weren’t that great, no eggs.

Breakfast was a little confusing, the first morning we couldn’t eat breakfast, we had early tour, I saw some reviews saying they offered a box to take on the morning tours but the guy in the reception didn’t say anything to us, the second morning I went for breakfast and it was nice, I was alone in the room, no other guests were there, just the staff, I was thinking it would be nice to have some eggs but not complains, they had pretty good breakfast, the third morning I went with my son and I was thinking the same…. This breakfast just needed some eggs and it would be perfect …Anyway we were just the 2 of us and the staff, they asked about the room number and that’s all, THEN a family came for breakfast and the first thing they offered were eggs!!! Like really?!!!! I was so disappointed, why they didn’t mention it to us? So… make sure you ask for eggs if you want lol.

Hotel is cozy and beautiful, location was a little bit farther away from plaza de armas but nothing crazy.

the warm water was not really working, also the pressure of the shower was bad with the warm water. the door didn’t closed or stayed closed easy, you need to pay attention to that!

While I have double citizenship I'm not sure what was the point of being asked for my US Passport. I've traveled with my Peruvian ID everywhere and out of the 3 hotels I've stayed in Cusco. Maybe booking.com told them I was a tourist. The total the website gave me was $110 but when I got there I was charged $120. I was told if I paid by card it was going to be 5% extra but the math doesn't add up. I guess I ended up paying as tourist rather than a local. Thanks booking.com or the staff in the property.

They're open 24 hours and it's super comfortable. The location is a bit interesting but the food around the area makes it up for it. Super far from the main plaza, possibly 15-30 minute walk.

If we hadn’t paid for our second accommodation in Cusco already, we definitely would have cancelled it to stay longer in Usgar. It was excellent. spacious room, comfortable bed, warm water shower, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location. Safe area and Plaza de Armas and San Pedro station very nearby. Great value for what you pay.

Room was a little bit cold in the morning as the heater was working only few hours during the night. But they gave us extra blankets.

Location of the hotel is very good They helped us with small little boxes for breakfast to take away on our early days when we had tours. They had staff who were speaking very well English that make our stay easier.

The heating didn't work (it was winter, so we needed it).

At first they gave us a bigger room, but it was noisy (windows to the street), so we asked to be changed, it was better. Breakfast ok, god location. Staff very nice and helping with different small favors (flight check in etc).

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible (making special breakfast arrangement before the normal starting time), and helping me out (keeping contact with my tour operators) when my handy broke down. The fresh pineapple juice was excellent as well as the ripe papaya for breakfast. The whole historic building had a nice atmosphere.
