The rooms were on the small side, but ok.

Most importantly: the rooms had great air conditioning! Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good every morning. The staff was always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights, then went out to a couple of jungle lodges for 3 nights. When we were done in the jungle we decided not to fool around looking for another hotel. Copasu had everything we wanted and we were so glad to come back to this hotel for our last two nights in Puerto Maldonado. This place was so great!!

One of the best hotels of our Peru trip. The staff are so friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very lovely. Such a good value! As a family we got a little suite. Most importantly they have functioning AC! They also accommodated an early breakfast for us since our flight was leaving early in the morning.

A bit to far from the tourist area (night walks in Puerto Maldonado are apperently not a good idea if you are a europan/american type) Street Was quite loud. Room can't be shut dark.

Sometimes the showers were a little cold.

The staff were excellent. The ladies were always polishing the floors keeping everything spotless, Simone was a huge help to us as our flight got cancelled and our airline call center was spanish and so she helped me talk to them and it never was a problem so we are very thankful for that. Only a 10 min walk to the Plaza felt a very safe area. Air conditioning was a plus.

I wasn't clear on why upon checkout, the girl had to go and look at all of our rooms before she unlocked the front door to the street. Strange!

This is a basic, but very clean hotel with a friendly staff. When our flight was delayed, we could not make it on the river to our jungle lodge, so the company put us up here. I slept in the triple room with my two girlfriends. It was large enough with three beds. The air conditioner worked really well. There was good Wi-Fi and hot water. The lobby and the hallways of the hotel are not air-conditioned and it is hot. I missed being able to drink coffee when I woke up. We had a 530am very early meeting time, and the staff could not accommodate us with coffee or tea. We appreciated the refrigerator in the lobby with beer and sodas for sale. We Skipped dinner because it was dark and we didn't know where to go. Lol.

You had to wait 5-10 mins for the running water to turn warm before showering, and there was no hairdryer in the room.

Nice hotel with comfy and spacious rooms. Daily included breakfast was a great bonus. Great location, within walking distance to the city centre. A few supermarkets are within a 2 min walk from the hotel.

It was very noisy as the hotel is on the main street. The shower was luke warm to the say the least but it was okay because the weather’s very hot there.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was much cleaner than we expected and more modern! The bathroom was the cleanest out of all the places we stayed in South America!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good and safe location close to the shops. AC worked great, so we didn’t have to sleep in the heat which was amazing :)

The early check in/ late check out policy is very sneaky and not posted anywhere. On the check in counter early check in fee is posted to be 25% of hotel price when in reality its only if you check in 2 hours early. If you need to check in 3 hours or more early the fee goes up to 45% of the hotel price. This would be fine if it was posted somewhere but it's not. They intentionally hide it so you will feel confident in hoping you can check in early with only a 25% fee when it actually is not like that Also hot water is only from 1pm-5pm if you shower out of that time frame it is very cold

Breakfast buffet was great! Very clean and it was great having AC available. Hot water available during 1pm-5pm was great.
