That check in was at 3:00 pm

From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the front door was opened by the greeter of the hotel. Check in was going to be at 3 PM, but we were able to leave our bags in storage to go explore. We set off to explore and came back pretty late And the front desk assigned us our room and gave us a complimentary drink each for the evening which was great after a long day. I absolutely love that. I want to add that they actually have a huge garden tub to soak in for the evening which I definitely took advantage of absolutely love it. They open the door for us each time as well preparing our breakfast at 3 AM before we set off for the airport, hands-down, love the decorations, the professionalism and the location. Will definitely recommend for anyone wanting luxury on a budget.

The room were not well soundproof but it wasn’t that bad.

The property was really modern and clean. Staff speak english and the guard at the door makes us feel safe. The breakfast was really good and a lot of variety. The room were big enough for 2, clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water and good pressure. There were charge near bed sides and free drink at the reception :) Staff we’re always polite and helpful.

Not much. I didn't like to stroll around the area of the hotel but that was not because it was unsafe but more because it looked a little plain and not very special.

This hotel was like the discription. The room was very nice and clean with a good bathroom. De restaurant and the bars were very good aswell and the pool was great! We went in april and every day we went to the pool we had a spot there.

Our bedroom key cards got blocked a couple of times but the problem was solved immediately by the reception staff.

The pool, the sauna, and the jacuzzi were excellent and also the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff is super kind and the location of the hotel is in a safe neighborhood in Lima. It is a 100% free of smoking place which is great and is pet friendly as well. Paprika restorant offers tasty and traditional peruvian food.

Nothing, I loved it all!

This hotel is super stylish, lovely rooms with comfortable bed, very clean and spacious, cleaning staff refresh the rooms every day, the breakfast is very good and there is a lovely pool on the rooftop and a spa you can book a private session for each day. The best thing about this hotel is the people who work there. They are all so welcoming and friendly, like one big happy family, I felt very at home in this hotel!

Our room was in the corner of the 8th floor with a street view and we could hear all of the traffic and cars honking starting at around 630am. So it was hard to sleep in. Other rooms do not have this problem so if you want to sleep in, don’t get a corner room.

I loved the room. Our king bed was very comfortable. Hotel breakfast is fresh, varied and tasty. Room service is fantastic, we ordered it a few nights and the chicken soup and sandwiches were delicious. The employees are helpful. The hotel is in a good location.
