Swimming pool was very small, and in a shaded area, so not much opportunity to lay out. Gym facility seemed adequate.

I thought the breakfast was underwhelming. The selection of fruit was excellent, the juices available also excellent, but the breakfast options were just so-so. I prefer my waffles to be more crispy, these were softer than normal. pancakes were decent. It was pretty much the same breakfast selection every day, with nothing special produced on any particular day. Room comfort was outstanding, and the smart tvs allowed me to watch what I wanted as if I was at home. Bathroom was spacious, clean, and immaculate. Staff understood my spanglish, but also spoke english well.

Everything! From the moment I arrived I was treated like a rock star, unexpectedly. The property is historic and beautiful. Every comfort and amenity was available. Shoutout to the jovial concierge who brightened my day!

breakfast buffet was a bit over priced. I preferred grabbing coffee & a sandwich / yoghurt at the bakery that’s also owned by the hotel.

They advertise that hotel guests could play golf at the associated golf club across the road - the reason I bookede it! Guests had no access because of Covid - but this was not updated on their website. All other Covid specific information was there.

A lovely old worldly grand space. The staff were very attentive & helpful. Vincente, who was attending the restaurant at breakfast, was friendly, professional & attentive. He remembered my order & how I liked it without me having to ask.

Service in the restaurant was VERY VERY SLOW. Minimum of 1 hour wait, sometimes 1.5 hours. Every meal. Except for that the stay was superb.

The lunch service was a crushing dissapointment, I have invited my father to have a special lunch with me in the Parroquet (he never ate there) and we waited over 40 mins to be serviced, I had to ask the maitre'd for service personally, then the drinks arrived (good), the bread (dry and unpleasant), the food arrived (Argentinean Steak or USDA cut, I dont remember) the meat was dry and over cooked, I did not want to talk to the maitr'd again to avoid further embarrasment. I certrainly would recommend to consider other places in case you want to invite guests to eat there.

Staff in reception were alweays kind, helpful to my most simple requests. Very pleaased with the service there.

Perfect hotel full of charm. Rooms are big and elegant... Bathtub and shower. Employees are very helpful and nice. I am diabetic and I could ask the waiter to help me for a special request. I truly recommend it.

Theres not as many facilities as i would expect from a 5 star of this standard, 2/3 restaurants for example. Also the price was very expensive for the city and in comparison to others.

Excellent art deco hotel where the staff cant do enough to help. Truly an enjoyable experience.

Options for vegetarians a vegans, not really enough but Maximo, one of the restaurant servers Did his best and brought me a cooked vegetable plate without asking. I’m very thankful for his gesture.
