We had a basic room with a shared bathroom. The room was very basic but the shared bathroom was very nice. The staff were so kind and helpful so made the experience that much better. We got the included breakfast and thought it was good. couldn't get in a better location.

Great location and staff. Very cute hotel and comfy bedroom. It was quite cold so they gave us an electric heater. Nice breakfast (note that the tables are outside, so some days it was a bit too cold to eat there; in those cases they do room service so you can have breakfast in your room).

The staff were very nice and the property was beautiful. The fresh juices and breakfast were delicious. Perfect hotel to visit Cusco and the terrace in the middle is perfect to clock in a little work.

The toilet wouldn't flush any solids 🙈. We were emberrased by that. Breakfasy only served from 7am, and the tours we took to Sacred Valley start earlier than that. Also, breakfast options were super basic, very small and unsatisfying for the price of the stay.

We stayed at the suite which was huge and very comfortable. Location was close to the main plaza. Staff was helpful with all we needed.

We didn't notice that the room we booked didn't have a private bathroom and had to use the communal one. But it was honestly SO clean and organized that we didn't mind at all.

The attention from the staff was beyond words. The kindest and most attentive people. They recommended tours, restaurants, etc. We loved that the included breakfast was a menu and not a buffet! The food was amazing. Our room was always clean. The hotel was very centric. No complaints. If we ever came back to Cusco, Casa Cristobal is a given for our stay!

From our point of view, everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the shower, since it took a while to get warm water.

- Very central location with a maximum from 5 minutes to the city center. - Very friendly staff. They were really helpful with organizing our stay in Cuzco and recommending us places to visit. - The food was also really tasty, you can choose breakfast a la carte with local ingredients. You also get fresh juice and coffee or tea. This was our highlight from the hotel 🤩. - The rooms are really beautiful and clean.

Could have used more vegan options for breakfast - I could only eat avocado toast or oatmeal (both good, just wanted more variety)

Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants, shopping. Coca tea offered upon arrival and anytime during the day I could have a glass - very helpful for altitude adjustment. Beautiful courtyard.

Excellent location in walking distance to main square, but quiet. Beautiful, comfortable, homelike accommodations: comfortable bed, clean linens, nice hot shower with good water pressure, beautiful central courtyard. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I got avocado toast. Excellent value. I would recommend to anyone visiting Cusco.

A charming, historic boutique hotel. Unassuming from the outside, but opens into a beautiful courtyard. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff is absolutely exceptional.We originally booked one night but were so pleased with our stay there we stayed for two.

The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was very close to Cusco center and many restaurants. I had daily activities at 4am and they packed my breakfast each day before my departure. Would recommend!

Nothing really. The only comment I could make is about the wifi but that’s very minor given that the wifi is slow in most places.

Our room had side on exposure to a small street that was sometimes noisy but wasn’t too bad.

Great stay at Casa Cristobel. Close to the historic centre, the staff were around to help with anything needed. Lovely breakfast and the room was large and clean. Bathroom was nice and always had hot water. WiFi strong enough to reach our room and good value for laundry service.

Everything was amazing! The room was super cute and comfortable. The location is very central but not too central either. The breakfast was original, fresh and very good. And most of all, the people are extremely nice, helpful and welcoming!
