Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. after the 4 day Inca trail we were dropped at Novotel and unfortunately I left my bag in the taxi with my passport and phone etc. The lovely man on reception upgraded us to a better room with a bath which was so welcomed after our trek. All the staff were so friendly and it’s really close to the main square. 100% would stay again.

Water is chargeable after 1st day. Food was bad asked for veggie soup and all we got was broth, to add to that it was crazy expensive

A great hotel in a great location, 3 min walk to the main plaza. Had a great room, spacious, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, eating outside in the yard was very nice. Staff was very polite. No doubt it was hy far better than a nearby hotel where I stayed 5 years ago (I won't mention its name), in which I paid much more and had a dark room deep underground.

Beautiful setting and perfect location. We found the staff friendly and efficient. It was no problem to leave our big bags at the hotel for a few days while hiking. The rooms were great both times we stayed although there is potential for it to be a little noisy from other guests in the main reception area.

Location was great walking distance to the square of Cusco. Staff members extremely nice and helpful. Very clean rooms and amazing Spanish styling.

Shower in one room had a problem. This was the night after the inc trail so was very disappointing. Would have given a 10 if not for this.

The courtyard is so beautiful. Perfect place for breakfast or just to catch up on some wifi. The breakfast one morning with Pork adobo and corn tamales (steamed corn cakes) was my favourite meal in Cusco! So hearty, rustic and delicious! This should be added to the menu so it's available for lunch/dinner! Location is convenient, generally you can walk everywhere early. Rooms are clean. I liked the room with a double bed and more space to place your luggage. There was one which was 2 double beds combined as one bed that took the whole room, which was unnecessary and inconvenient for 1person but would be amazing for a family!

My room didn't have a phone charger near my bed and no alarm clock in my room. I had to get up at 330 am to catch the bus to Machu Picchu trail and it made me a nervous wreck.

The PiscoSour lessons were really fun and we met some other tourist that were great.

this hotel is one of the best in Cusco! beautiful colonial building very well decorated. high ceiling, comfortable beds, fresh and big bathroom, helpful staff, great location. very beautiful patio and a good restaurant.

On the second day there was an event in the breakfast room, so breakfast for the guests was served in the lobby/bar area. The event was so loud and it ruined the atmosphere at breakfast.

Hotel in the heart of Cusco. Perfect location less than 5 mins walk to the main square. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with macha tea available on arrival. They also booked us a taxi to the airport. In walking distance to some really nice bars and restaurants, would recommend Local and Bodega 138.

We had a Colonial Room which had character but was hard to heat.

A luxurious character hotel in a good location in the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
