Breakfast could have provided more variety. Often the items were consumed and were left missing. The main desk were very slow in processing your task. Should work faster.

They charged us for blood stains on a towel, which I find really disrespectful. They don’t know what could have happened and that kind of policy is really absurd and invasive. Why the hell is the cleaning staff even going on about what happens inside clients rooms? That is an invasion of privacy to say the least.

Everything is clean and functional. They were very accommodating bringing us an extra chair and desk to work. Thank you!

Breakfast monotonous - every day the same foods, poor choice: one kind of ham, one kind of cheese (stuck to the platter), scrambled eggs and sausage, one kind of cake, orange juice and water, coffee and tea so for a short stay it's ok but if someone planned to stay longer than it's boring. Swimming pool at the roof top is just a bigger pond or bathtab. You can sit in it but forget about swimming. View from the window (6th floor) was just the windows of the opposite building.

Good location in San Isidro district. The room was cleaned every day. The room itself needs some refreshing though (in some places the walls were dirty, also the ceiling was cracking). Nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast area was rather small and thus crowded.

I had took a standard room and was surprised to see how spacious it was. Everything needed for an overnight stay was availability in the very clean room. Wanna talk about value for money? Traveled in all continents the past 20 years, I can tell you, this hotel scores very very high.

No drinking water in the room, not even for purchase. I can’t drink any other liquid, but water with my medications

We like everything! It’s just a bit more further away from the historic centre so you need to take a taxi! However we loved how close it is to the beach so you can walk along the front

#1Need to fix the bar box in the room! I got changed 2 time and They don work. Need to be 🆒. A was very disappointed because never the Beer or water got 🥶. And needed to Bi more flexible white and Musical in the pool 😞nede more variety for all people.

Only one point against is that the telephone number given in booking does not correspond to the hotel, it corresponds to another headquarters in another district. When I arrived at the hotel they gave me another telephone number that does not appear in booking.

It is an excellent hotel. Very well organized staff, pool available, a little small, but good. Excellent varied breakfast with good ingredients. I also highlight that the room had an excellent view of the city and was soundproofed. I slept very well. Few television channels but enough for a short stay. I paid in Nuevos Soles and the exchange rate used by the hotel was good compared to other hotels where they use very high exchange rates against the dollar. That is a point in favor of this hotel. Finally, I found it very clean. Of course I will return.

Breakfast was mediocre and exactly the same every day. No fresh bread or rolls like all other restaurants in Lima. The bathrooms need maintenance, as there is mold growing in corners and grout, the soap dispenser didnt work, and the water drained slowly from the tub.
