Everything was great! Breakfast, staff, location, clean and cozy room

Only one pillow per person. Mattress a tad too soft. An extra pillow to read in bed wouldn’t hurt. No help from staff with suitcases even when they saw us struggling. No salt available easily to guests in breakfast room. Sauna always off and cold. No humid sauna, just a dry one. Small gym with only two old mats but enough for me.

It was not as close to the beach in Miraflores as I hoped, but still close enough to walk fine.

The property was very modern and sleek. The hotel room was a large size. Lobby smelled amazing abd breakfast included was lovely!

The ventilation system seems to be automatic. We couldn't change the temperature and it was quite cold. The TV system is quite complicated. The staff from the restaurant was quite slow. It is true it was an event and the restaurant. However, the food is good and the prices are not very high. The view from the lower stories is not the best.

The location is good. The beds are huge and comfortable. Good value for the money.

The bed was worn and would sink at the sides. I could feel the springs making noise. I would say better quality beds would be wonderful.

They don’t provide any water, so I had to walk to a convenience store at night to get water.

I enjoyed my stay at dazzler in miraflores. Great location, easy to walk around to Kennedy park and the beach. Staff were helpful and kind. Great breakfast.

Sarcastic, non professional and lying reception man. Obviously, this man acts personally on guests. He lied not having a room for me where I can see that booking had 2 rooms available. When I told him, he sarcastically invited me to complain on booking, so here I am complaining, this man was the only bad thing about my stay.

I told the man in reception that I was not completely satisfied because I asked for another room available in booking and he lied not having one for me and he sarcastically invited me to complain on booking, so here I am complaining this man acts personally upon hotel guests. A shame for this nice hotel.

I kindly asked the man in reception to please change my room from a King Size to a double room and I noticed him bothered and told me he had no more rooms, then I checked on booking and yes there were 2 more rooms available, so this man in reception lied about not having another room for me. I also saw him not helping a guest over the phone with his reservation lying he was not able to. A shame this man acting personally with guests.

Water issues on day 1 but staff did inform us and as compensation offered late (4pm) check out which was appreciated as we had a very late flight. Staff very proactive.

I loved the hotel. It was quaint. The location is great and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and the food....It was awesome! The breakfast options were just enough. I definitely would stay here again.
