I took this hotel for less than a day as I had many waiting hours between two planes. I chose this hotel because I could see it was at walking distance from Lima's historic center. The location was really great, as it allowed me to visit the main historic places and still have some time to rest in the room, comfortably walking for and back without having to take transport. The hotel personnel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The taxi service organised by the hotel to pick me up at the airport and drive me back to it was very professional. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. I recommend this place to stay in Lima.

The room was great, with lots of space. Staff were so helpful, and the location was absolutely excellent. The breakfast variety was good most days, I'd recommend getting there before 9 for the best choice.

Just the nature of the location -- it's located on a busy metropolitan street C de Cusco, so traffic and honking from the cars below permeates through the double glass door and if you've difficulties to sleep, take that into consideration or ask for a room facing the other way. I myself enjoyed watching the traffic and people on a bus stop right across the street.

Nice, clean, modern room and facilities (my room is on the same floor as the breakfast area). Convenient, only 3 minutes away from a Metro supermarket, 10 mins walk to the plaza/Cathedral, 15 minutes to SF Convent. Nice and accommodating staff. AC in room which would be helpful during the warm months.

The per night cost was slightly overpriced when it's not peak season. Otherwise, I am happy to recommend this property. Also, an iron would be great to have inside the room. Thank you.

Customer service/hospitality staff was friendly & welcoming - overall great experience with all staff onsite during my stay. I loved the personal attention during breakfast since it's not your traditional buffet style, however please add oatmeal for those of us who don't do eat eggs.

The bed was small for a double and quite hard to sleep on. Maybe the hotel isn't exactly like in the pictures, but it was good!

The location was great if you choose to stay in historic center. We are glad we only had half a day there though, it was enough to get a feeling of the area. Breakfast offered us everything we wanted, the staff was great!

Location was great right in the historic centre of Lima. It was very clean and modern. Hotel has a login for netflix on the telly and a fridge in the room.It is Near sights and bars and restaurants, hotel and area felt safe for tourists. The hotel stored one of our bags for about 10 days while we went to Cusco, free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Javier who organised a quick taxi for us to the airport when our booked one failed to show up. Allow an hour to the airport, traffic is mental.

A very good hotel if, like us, you only have one or two days in Lima and you want to visit the historic centre so that you can walk everywhere and don't waste any time in traffic. The room is comfy and has air con. The shower is hot and very luxurious. The staff is lovely . We landed at 6 am and they let us use the conference room to get changed, refreshed and rest a bit before we left to explore the city. They kept our luggage for us too.

The lady in the reception is super kind and helpful. She prepared our breakfast in a box since we were leaving early to Cuzco airport. She helped us to book a taxi to the airport. The room is spacious for two. The bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable. The AC and hot water work perfectly. The wifi is in a good speed as well. The location is great because we can walk nearby the city center.

Within walking distance of the historic quarter of Lima. Reception spoke really good english and were really helpful when we arrived later than expected. emailed very bluntly said they don't do gluten free option for breakfast. Our room was a typical large hotel room. everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower had lashings of hot water - also soap/shampoo and clean, white towels were provided. Breakfast was only OK - juice was watered down so hard to tell what it was, coffee, tea, fruit, bread, eggs as desired, tiny amount of ham & cheese (2 small squares of each).

Diamond is in a very convenient location close to the Basillica, Plaza, and grocery store where there are several cell companies you can buy a sim card. The rooms are very clean and modern! Room facilities were great. The rooms have an executive look/style which was nice.
