The attention for the check-in was a little delayed.

In general, the staff was very kind and helpful and the facilities are really well maintained. The location is perfect because it is very close to the different restaurants.

The air condition in the room was great, but there didn’t appear to be air conditioning in the rest of the hotel.

Our room had a musty smell but we got accustomed to it. The single elevator was not functioning for most of our 2 day stay.

The hotel was conveniently located at Plaza de Armas. Our suite was spacious with a hot tub. The hotel had a nice pool & good breakfast buffet.

the only problem is that the pool is super over chlorinated- to the point where my eyes stung for a day and they were temporarily cloudy which was scary. please fix that.

I think because you go through booking.com they give you the rooms that are noisy. When requesting a room on the other side they tell you that they are full. Also the restaurant food was not really very good. So ate at the local restaurants. Other than that very nice.

Nice facility, clean and quiet, plus had CNN in English, nice.

as per other hotels we’ve been too in Peru all around, high price for what you get. rooms, facilities and so on are good but nothing crazy. basically the only highlight that could make it that price is the location in plaza de armas, but still seems a bit too much.

Rooms were not sound proofed, WiFi was very bad and didn’t work properly in the room.

Perfect location and great views of the square from the large bedroom window. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool was more for work outs, not great for leisure traveller. Long ways from airport.

so they didn’t have dental kit in the room. most of the Hilton provide with dental kit. also no water bottle in the room. u had to pay for the water.

We got a room facing the plaza de armas which gets loud with all the motorcycles during night time. i would recommend those with sleeping problems to get a room in the other side of the hotel.

I had a mixed experience with the food served. The dinner menu was superb, but the breakfast was a little disappointing. Overall however, I still liked it.

The food options. We enjoyed what they had for sure but I felt like there could have been more food options just to snack on instead of full meals. Everything was 100% delicious tho. Definitely on the expensive side.

Everything! The pool was absolutely amazing. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We felt very safe the entire time. There was a little Amazon artisan market next to the hotel where we were able to buy a few souvenirs.

The food at the restaurant should be improved.

Central location, in front of the main square. The rooms were quite big but in the fridge did not have any drinks or whatsoever. We were expecting some welcome drinks or just water but nothing there. The is a restaurant downstairs, the food is just Ok, nothing exceptional despite the high price. The alcoholic drinks had lots of ice so little amount of liquid at the end. The service was good. the breakfast was okay, we tried small pieces of cecina and fried bananas. We used the hall to have work meetings with colleagues as there was plenty of space for it. We had late check out (5pm) for around 70 usd extra.
