The lock on the door seemed easy to break. They were have a bolt, which was good because it didn't seem like the door fully closed. I think the door jam was just not aligned or something. The door did lock.

The staff is very communicative during booking.

Corridors of the hotel are not very nice, looks like a hospital but other than that, all was perfect

Good location in San Isidro district, great helpful staff who speaks English, large room and good bathroom/modern shower, breakfast on 8th floor with city view (egg, bread and fresh juice).

The WIFI did not stay on so needed to sign in often and reboot my tablet a lot. Never a problem before. Breakfast was small although adequate. Room was small and mattress on bed kept shifting. Also, pollution smells from area were a problem when windows left open and was noisy at certain times of the day.

The room was clean and hot water without waiting and good water pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location was good for me because I like walking a lot and know the area. Good lunch restaurants in the area and close to public transportation.

Ir was really good for the price, the room was comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, shops.

As in every Ayenda we know, it can be noisy with windows giving inside and not outside + I don't know why but curtains never block the light.

The breakfast was disappointing - a hot drink, a buscuit and and apple. The walls or doors are very thin, I woke up at night because some was using the hair dryer in another room. Although the shower was good, there must have been some leakage, because the bathroom floor was soaked after using the shower.

The hotel is in a very calm and safe neighbourhood. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, it was sufficient for one night.

Cleaning wasn't completely good, they left all papers inside wc without flush the toilet.

Price throw this app is really good. Location is really convenient.

Breakfast was not very good. Limited options and the person serving seems to be rationing food. I asked him to serve a bit more on my plate and he seemed not to agree with that.

Good location if you're in Lima for work. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The ceiling is not concrete !!! Is fake and noisy and service wifi is garbage system always need to login couldn’t work

Was terrible every day eggs eggs eggs nothing else they said breakfast buffet when booked but the service they forced you to eat what they said and always short of breath coffee cold I do not recommend the restaurant expensive prices

Breakfast the same every day and list of prices soo expensive and the bread finish all the time !!!😡they said at the web Buffett? Is not true... and the person at the restaurant turn off the tv when people still there because is 10 am? Very bad service never use o clean hands with alcohol the older guy and feel uncomfortable because they ask for safety and do not follow I will said The guys housekeeper are good but the towels looks older they should renew and I ask for towels they said the laundry did not bring them back ? I will said they need a review and progress the restaurant and entertainment the wifi very bad vonection I got to login all the time !!!!!!! And loosing connection with my boss they got upset with me??? I said I will not recommend they need improvement and lobby cleaning and parking is a issue

The water was not always hot enough. At the reception no english was spoken so it was a little bit hard to understand.

Very nice hotel, great value for money! It is clean, the service is good. The bed is huge and comfortable, great facilities. The location is also convinient and wifi works well.
