Everything was OK

Very friendly host, large apartments perfect for a group of friends. The apartment has a backpacker vibe. There is a laundry room right next to the hotel, which is very helpful for people traveling. You can check in and check out at any time. The host responded quickly to all our requests.

The room was a bit cold. Sometimes the shower was not very warm, or the pressure was low.

The staff were extremely friendly! They were very flexible and allowed us to keep the same room (without paying) while we went to the Inca trail. So we did not have to pack up all our stuff. They also allowed us to check out in the evening. Great people!

Location was a bit out of the way and room was a little noisy from neighbouring properties/ businesses. We tried to use the laundry service which was a poor service with loads being mixed up and items lost - would recommend using a different laundry service instead of the one at the property. There is a real lack of communal spaces and not everything on the property booking.com page is accessible.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a good private bathroom. Good value for money.

I can be a bit cold in the room, but you have a lot of blankets on the bed

A very nice, clean and cheap option if you don’t mind walking 10 min to the central of Cusco. We were able to check in at 6am after the night bus, which was very nice :)

The room is small but functional. It was nice to be able to boil water for tea and soup. The room could be chilly at times but the bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. The TV has Netflix. Its an easy walk into the historical center, and restaurants. The laundry is just downstairs and little shops are close by.

Super friendly lady, Very clean, great to have hot water and tea in the room! The bed is comfy, the shower is warm. It’s a really nice place in a cool location! I recommend for sure!

The place is great, especially for short stays. It is a 12 min walk to the centre. The host was waiting for us at the time we indicated and he was quite flexible with our late schedule. He is quite responsive on WhatsApp, and he let us leave the luggage while we were doing the Salkantay Trekking. His wife runs a laundry service which is quite helpful.

The master bedroom shower was cold, and the shower in the other bathroom had issues with water and electricity.

It's a really quite, cozy and comfortable places to spend a few days. There is even a laundry downstairs which is very convinient.

It’s not a “luxury” stay but we weren’t expecting that.

Excellent location - quiet, and just a short walk to the centre of Cusco. Kitchen and decent living room. Comfy beds. Great value for money for our group of four.

The water pressure could have been harder but that’s all!

The family are so lovely and easy going and that really made our stay in Cusco so much nicer. this place was everything we wanted at a very affordable price. Can do laundry here and leave bags if you’re like us and staying either side of a multi-day hike. Location is around a 10min walk from main square. You have to walk up hills to get back but around the town centre is so touristy and noisy I’m actually glad we were a 10min walk away anyway. Best to whatsapp them when you arrive or ask at the laundry next door :)

Nothing important but the room was a bit cold, but we didn't freeze at night because there were plenty of blankets. The shower had hot water but was a bit tricky to handle.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful - we could check in to our room really early after arriving with the night bus from Puno and also in the middle of the night after our Salkantay Trekking - furthermore we could even leave our bags there for free and they explained to us how to get to the trail head with public transport. They also own a laundry place where you can get your clothes washed for a reasonable price and even offer an express service. The room was clean with warm blankets, everything as described. Bonus points for the cute cats and especially the cutest of all dogs :D

Great place to stay in Cusco. The owner is very helpful and very easy to work with. He lives right next door so he's there for any of your needs. There's a laundry facility downstairs, so it's very convenient. Wifi works and is very fast. There's hot water all the time. This is a great place to stay in a very quiet and safe neighborhood when in Cusco.

Water pressure is low in the area after 9pm. You can still shower but the water gets very hot.

A nice 2-bedroom apartment that easily fits 5 people (3 adults + 2 teenagers) in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. There is a laundry facility downstairs available for 4 soles/kilo. The owner responds quickly to any question or any of your needs. He lives in the house next door to the apartment. The apartment's location is very good. It's a steep walk up from Plaza de Armas, so we usually just Uber back to the apartment (about 9-10 soles). There is hot water all the time. The beds are comfy and they provide so many blankets to keep you comfortable. The place is highly recommended for a quick or long-term stay in Cusco. We stayed here for 2 nights, then went to Machu Picchu for an overnight stay and stayed back in this apartment for another 4 nights. The owner let us keep the apartment and allowed us to leave all our stuff (unpacked) while we were in Machu Picchu for free!

The host was very kind and accommodating. He brought us hot water to make tea when we were suffering from altitude sickness. The bed was covered in SO many blankets! We slept very comfortably in the cool night. The room was very clean and private. Wifi was included

A couple of lamps in the living room would be nice.

The location was perfect, in a charming, safe neighborhood, next to a local market with great breakfast and lunch and just a short walk to the city center. Julio, who spoke English, was so kind and caring, picking us up at the airport and giving us a short tour to help us get oriented. The apartment was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, hot shower, comfortable beds with lots of blankets, large TV that was easily connected to a lap top or iPad (HDMI) for Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Laundry service in the building was great!

The room itself was cold and would have benefited from some type of floor covering. The shower was electric and provided hot water if the shower wasn’t on full. Although hot water was provided in a pump flask a small kettle would have been better.

The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed. A flat screen TV with Netflix was in the room. There was a mini mart and a very good cheap laundry available. Quiet location approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre. Julio, the owner, spoke very good English and was always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything.

Señor Julio was an amazing host, he made everything possible to make us feel comfortable in Cusco. The hotel is located just 2 minutes to a big market and 7minutes to the city center. It's a super quiet neighborhood though. It's close to the bus terminal a d to the airport. Lots of options to ear out around. Bonus for us that our room had a mini fully equipped kitchen, and we could make a tea or coffee whatever time we wanted to :) loved every minute of our stay, super recommended.
