Amazing hotel, just at the river, good food, very sweet and serviceminded staff they all took very good care of us, was always there with a smile if you needed anything. The rooms, the garden, the restaurant are all pleasent. The tour company they work with are very good and professionel, we had the guide Manuel and meet all our expectations and went beyond to find the animals for us.

Absolutely amazing hotel. ROOM: The penthouse room is beautiful, with breathtaking views to the river. The bed is truly comfortable (we took photos of the pillows to buy them at home). The air-conditioning is a godsend. HOTEL: The hotel is beautiful and the swimming pool area is great.The staff is lovely, very helpful, friendly and professional. Claudia and Toshiro were particularly amazing (thank you!) BONUSES: the breakfast is included despite it not being obvious on Booking. The transfer from the airport is included too! TOURS: The hotel partners with Somos Selvas for the tours. We hesitated to book them as they seemed expensive to us but, the truth is, most tours in Puerto Maldonado are expensive, so we decided to give it a try. They were all wonderful, private or semi private, with lovely guides. Our favourites were the Lago Sandoval and then sunset tours.

Fell through a boardwalk within 5 minutes of being in the hotel due to rot. Broke fall as managed to grab onto railing but could have been really hurt. A lot of other boardwalk planks felt unsafe. Dinner service is strictly 6-8pm and cannot order anything after this time. Several items on menu not available for several days.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. Loads of great activities to do in the Amazon, staff are really helpful when organising this with you. Beautiful pool and sunbathing area. Rooms comfortable and spacious and all had balcony’s with views of the river. Staff really friendly.

Nothing.. actually I had the penthouse room with AC, I believe the other rooms don’t have AC, so be warned this is an essential piece of equipment to have it the humidity of the jungle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Enai, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Amazon rainforest in Peru. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding the hotel. The lush greenery, vibrant wildlife, and serene atmosphere truly made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Marianne at reception. Her warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the start. She went above and beyond to ensure that my first South America adventure was not only memorable but also seamless and enjoyable. The accommodations at Enai were nothing short of spectacular. The eco-friendly bungalows were tastefully decorated and provided all the comforts of home while allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the stunning surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private terrace was truly a magical experience. The hotel also offers a variety of activities for guests to explore the rainforest, including guided hikes, boat tours, and wildlife spotting excursions. Each adventure was led by knowledgeable guides who shared their passion for the region's biodiversity, making it both educational and exhilarating. In addition to the incredible nature experiences, Enai also boasts delicious cuisine that showcases the flavors of the Amazon. From fresh seafood to exotic fruits, every meal was a culinary delight. Overall, my stay at Enai exceeded all expectations, thanks in no small part to the dedicated staff and the enchanting beauty of the Amazon rainforest. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Peru.

I truly loved it. The location in the jungle waa dreamy and the set up where you could observe the river from your room, the pool, and from the restaurant bar area made it idyllic. I particularly enjoyed seeing the resident baby cayman. The staff were lovely and friendly. The food and the cocktails were good..i enjoyed playing games in the bar.

The location was stunning! We enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing the flora. The pool did not seem clean enough for a swim, but it was nice to look at. The dinner and breakfast were very good! Overall, highly recommend.

The resort was only 30 minutes from the airport. You could access many trips in the Amazon from the hotel. Staff we so friendly. The food was good and the pool was nice and cold for the really hot days.

The shower in our room was a bit of a design failure. You could not have a shower without flooding the whole space. To be fair, it does dry quickly, considering the temperatures outside :D So was not a bog deal for us

We received all updates & infos always ahead of time. **Great organization & communication** **Delicious food! They have a great menu with lots of local specialities! Our all time favorite for dessert was the home made copuazu ice cream!!!** *Special Thanks to OSCAR!!! He took great care of us!!and all the guests! *Enai whole Team is very attentive & truly caring! *WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at ENAI* Especially, if you like to experience the Amazon & local hospitality & delicacies! The hotel is a great entry point to seeing the Amazon Jungle while still having all the luxuries and internet, the staff like Mikael were super helpful in arranging tours and helping with whatever it is you need and arranging that.

Minimalist concrete decor might not be everyone’s style.

Great setting, convenient to get to in 30 mins from airport, yet feels right in the forest, next to the river, so ideal for boat trips. Lovely pool. Good food with jungle fruits on the menu.
