The room was comfortable, there was hot water, and the WiFi was strong enough for zoom calls. It was also located in a great part of town.

Only a few touches are missing. A plug and a lamp beside the bed. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Miraflores neighbourhood. It is modern with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Unfortunately, we stayed only the night and didn't have the chance to have breakfast there as we had to leave early. However, the receptionist was kind enough to suggest sandwiches to be prepared before our departure time.

Breakfast has room for improvement - the selection is not too big and it is not replenished if you don't ask (eg. two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs ran out and the first morning they replenished it at my request, while the second morning I didn't ask for it and they didn't replenish it). The room was not cleaned for 3 nights, maybe they should at least empty the trash can every day.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is ready to help with anything you need. The room is clean, smaller than the previous one, but that did not reduce the quality.

The room is spacious. Check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast was fine. We had the option to leave our suitcase here for one night because later we returned to the same hotel for 3 nights.

Room was dirty, particularly the floor was very dirty, after walking on the floor my white socks became black. Air conditioner issues, I asked to fix at the reception but my request was ignored. Asked for room service but the room stayed untouched

Too loud the music in the restaurant during breakfast, sometimes entry door is locked and no-one responds to the ring bell, so one has to wait 5-10mins before being able to get in

Pleasant, clean hotel, conveniently located, decent breakfast, polite staff. The room was spacious and clean. I would happily stay here again.

The location and the hotel facilities are great! it’s in a very safe area close to the beaches and all the central restaurants, shops, Kennedy park, etc. everything feels very clean and new! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I was trying to order food when I arrived, but couldn’t connect my card. So the lady from the reception installed the app and ordered it herself to help me!

One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. There is no proper drainage of the water in the bathtub, as a result of which you have to have the shower head in a crooked position so that the whole bathroom does not flood. We arrived at breakfast 15 minutes before it was supposed to end and most of the foods were over. We had to ask the staff to replace them but they did it.

Value for money and very good location. Our room was really comfortable.

The courtains of the room did not block the sunlight well enough. The breakfast did not have a lot of options. There was no hair dryer.

-it's on a quiet street, but in my opinion is 2 blocks further than what an ideal location would be. -Room is a bit dark. Needed some lamps for night time. -Need more power outlets near the bed. The ones that exist are in a hard spot to reach. -Couldn't make the safe work (didn't ask for the staff help though) -Breakfast is good, but simpler than what we expected. it's enough to get your day starting,

-bedroom and bathroom are really big and confortable. -hotels look renovated/new -ac worked well, shower was good. -good bathroom amenities -friendly staff and helpful. -

Walls can be a little thin so I would hear the cleaner cleaning other rooms. That said, the hotel is located in a quieter street in central Miraflores.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the amenities met all standards. The rooms were spacious, & clean, with good air conditioning, safes, refrigerators, clean spacious bathrooms, Direct tv, and snack bar all provided. Staff was exceptional going above and beyond to meet any requests made. Breakfast was also exceptional with many options of fruits, cereals, eggs, etc, as well as omelet upon requests. Front desk was welcoming, available and polite.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They assisted us by printing a document we required. We were given a wonderful boxed breakfast when we had an early departure. Wonderful staff!

The location was great and all the staff were very useful. They printed out the train tickets for us and allow for the late check out. Will definitely visit again if we are in Lima.

Room was a bit hot as it was on the 6th floor but nothing it couldn't be quickly fixed with the AC.
