Spotlight shining into windows very unfortunate. No a/c but also no cross breeze so had to run the VERY loud fan to circulate air. No screens but bugs didn’t seem to be a problem.

Very attentive staff. Small but well appointed room. Breakfast buffet was decent and good value. For price, a very nice place to stay.

The room doesn't have too much light and lack of ventilation, the only windows available went to a corridor full of dust so we didn't open it! Great Stuff and near to everything you need. They don't serve breakfast but you can go to the Main Square and discover new places. Don't like the dust the get into the room for the corridor, otherwise everything else was good!

Our room had a Queen Bed with Cable TV and Frigobar! We liked to have an elevator to get access to our room. It located close to main avenues and there is a Tottus Nearby, also Escala is a 8 min walk far away from Real Plaza which is really convenience. We loved the friendly girls at the counter, they always make you feel welcome and they are willing to assisting you.

The young hotel is located in a relatively ugly street without any trees. This may not be a big deal but unfortunately, some of the furniture in the room looked like from a scrap heap which is really perplexing in such a new place.

The staff is very friendly and wants to make sure that you feel comfortable. There are huge windows that can be opened with a little effort. The rooms are very nice and spacious with a desk and an office chair, a table and two chairs, a huge wardrobe, and even a fridge.

By far the worst thing was that there was no internet on 3 of the 4 days we were in the room. The room was quite hot despite the fan. There was a 50% excess on the daily rate to check in 3 hours early, although this was notified in advance (nowhere else has levied an early check-in charge on our 9-month trip, let alone 50%). It was a little frustrating not to be allowed into the room until payment was made (no other place has had any issues with this, just asked to leave a passport at the reception in some cases), as there is a 5% surcharge on credit card payments and Chiclayo is likely to be the first destination after Ecuador, so an ATM visit is likely to be necessary to get cash.

Nice modern room with microwave and very large fridge. Small desk with chair, fine for laptop use. The bathroom and shower were good. The fan over the bed was powerful and effective, but very noisy.

Extremely hot, no fans in the room, the sun was hitting the room from outside, plus the fridge generating heat making the room unbearable. Even the receptionist downstair used a big fan to work, and they understand it's hot but no fans at guest room. couldn't even sleep properly and woke up more than six times. No ventilation. The window was big but useless because they don't build another air exit so the heat can be reduced. They are willing to give you a fridge but no fans; I don't understand. We are not in Africa.

Great new hotel, with a lot of thing under construction, private bathroom with hot weather and mini fridge , pretty okay for the price.

Horrible stay, the first room we were given had a huge mold stain on the ceiling. After changing room we found out there was no water in the whole building. And in the night water started to fall from the ceiling. We were transferred to a different hotel with lower standards (and lower price on booking) but they refused to pay us back. I would totally not recommend this hotel
