We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandThere is a really weird payment method. For me, it was inconvenient to pay using yape because I don’t have it and can’t have it because I’m foreigner. And breakfasts aren’t so good – there aren’t many options, they are small, and they aren’t as expected.
The best thing about this hotel is the localisation and the staff. Very helpful people, especially men who helped me with my enormous luggage. And woman at breakfasts – really nice, always smiling, you need to give her a raise because she does her job really well.

The staff at the reception, the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good closed to the main square.

United StatesRoom felt a little insecure for a solo traveler-simple lock on the door. The window opened to the stairwell so it felt uncomfortable leaving it open, and the room got hot. There was no desk in the room, which would have been useful.

Franceit's a 2 star hotel, with no a/c. bedroom is tiny as its.on a very noisy shopping street, we got a room behind (where noise was ok). But it only had a window on an internal corridor,which closed badly, so we were not so happy about security

Breakfast was fantastic, only the hot weather its killing up there on the dinning room, maybe if you guys put some fans on the hot seasons, that would be perfect, the room was great, the air conditioning its very powerful and brings a lot of comfort, the location its a little hard to spot since the hotel its located on an alley, but I guess there its no much space on those streets to build a hotel. everything was great, thanks.

United StatesThe room was quite stuffy with no ventilation. I thought it was only my room until I spoke to another person staying on the 4th floor, that confirmed the same experience in their room. Some nights became uncomfortable to sleep with how hot and stuffy it was. I kept the ac running but it didn’t change the temperature in the room much. When showering there is only half a glass divider so the other half is open allowing the water to splash outside. It would have been nice to have a sliding glass door or curtain. I wasn’t aware rooms are located on 2nd-5th floor, this would’ve changed my decision to stay since I had a family member that had difficulty going up too many stairs.
The staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked for a room to accommodate my family member that used a walker. Hot water was always available and the water pressure was good. Breakfast available from 7-9am on 5th floor. Room was located inside so I wasn’t near window to hear the hustle and bustle of the busy street. Laundry service is available and returned in 24 hours, price depends per item washed. They also have a basket of snacks with prices in the room if you choose to consume anything.

United Statesthe road the hotel is on is closed to cars and there is no place for taxi to stop near the hotel, had to carry heavy bags from more than a block away. hotel did help carry bags up several staircases inside the building. rooms have windows to an inside staircase and not to fresh air. room behind the front desk is subject to noise when transactions are happening at the desk.
