-As i expected, outside was noisy even way after midnight. -TAX issue again-I had to fix their 18% of tax charge on me. They said it was a commission fee for Booking.com. I told them Booking.com didn't charge any commission...eventually they get rid of them, but seriously Booking.com needs to work on this issue. Twice in this trip. Nobody wants to pay more than supposed to and argue with hotel owner during the short trip.

The host packed a really nice breakfast for my Machu Picchu trip. She even offered leaving/ shower after the trip-that was so generous. the location was good: close to bus station, main plaza, restaurants and nice shopping area.

The hotel felt like an home away from home. Loved every minute of our stay and especially the view of the river from our room. Can't remember the lady that checked us in but she was very nice and helpful in getting our tickets to the park printed. Breakfast was great and ready at our chosen time.

Cute little place in the heart of Aguas Calientes. The staff/owners were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful! They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to take early morning to Machu Picchu. The rooms are basic but very comfortable with plenty of hot water and perfect for 1 night. Nice common area for sitting and a drink. Highly recommended

Super convenient location and the staff is extremely helpful! We were allowed to check in our luggage early and leave them behind for extra time on the day of check out. Very close to the bus station to Machu Picchu. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Highly recommend!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made us feel like we were the only people there. We stayed overnight and enjoyed a lovely breakfast before embarking on our journey to Machu Picchu. Location is perfect, very close to the train, and you can enjoy the sound of the river out your window.

Spotlessly clean room and powerful hot shower We had a room with a window over the river which was so nice to listen to We were up early to go to Machu Picchu and would miss breakfast therefore a packed breakfast was prepared for us One of our favourite stays so far in South America we could not recommend more, thank you!

I fell in the toilet after the shower because it gets veeeery wet after the shower. You need a big towel on the ground not to fall down.

Staff were great. Left me a breakfast bag out for the morning when I had an early ticket to Machu Picchu. Kept my backpack for the day and offered me a hot drink when I returned to collect it. Good bed, hot shower, WiFi.

Very attentive staff. We stayed for one night and had a nice room with windows. We left for Machu Picchu very early in the morning and received our breakfast in a lunch bag so that we can take it with us.

A spotlesly clean, family run property. Very welcoming and hospitable - we were allowed a late check out at no extra charge on our last day. Good sized twin bedded room with small bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower. Simple, standard Peruvian breakfast. Bagged breakfasts provided for our 2 early Machu Picchu trips. Very good value for money.

The toilet leaked of water a bit and also the Wi-Fi wasn’t as good as I expected as there were some good reviews about this when I researched it.

Fresh rooms and great location. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English that much but we managed to speak via translator.
