We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is incredible. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and attentive. The location is spectacular. We loved the pool and the bar, the food was excellent. The walking tours to Gocta falls and the hummingbird sanctuary which the hotel organised were great, they even provide a packed lunch. The town of Cocachimba is small but we really liked it! Overall an amazing stay!

PeruFor the price I paid , I shouldn’t be charged for ice. Also, the pool was lined w plastic. That’s not so nice. Also they should have more flowering plants in the garden. Also, a sign about saving trees blocks the view. That sign shouldn’t be there.
The breakfast was great variety and quality. The view was incredible. Hummingbird feeders.

United StatesThe new buildings that are being built. They are destroying the view of never ending nature. Gocta Andes Lodge will become just one more hotel to choose from in the area. To me, it was the place to go to if you wanted to see the Gocta waterfalls. It was worth paying the extra price! Not any more!
The nature and view of the surroundings has always attracted me to come to this hotel.

United StatesIf you have young kids done come because I have a 2 year old child crying and I was told to calm him down. Nobody was complaining just the night staff member. I asked for a supervisor and nobody reached out super crazy. They have a very little wait staff and food took forever to be made. It seems they were prioritizing everybody else beside us. Service was bad cleanliness is ok. Pool was not working and broke down super cold. I kept asking about taxi service got he airport and kept deflecting arranged my own travels to be safe. If you not out of the mountain by 7:30 your stuck until 12:30 for the roads to open again. Very inconvenient. Overall it’s just for bloggers and not for vacay families like mine.
The property look beautiful especially with the alpacas but definitely not for families

PeruInstant decaf coffee - but was glad for an option. Lack of options for wine by the glass. Difficulty communicating directly with the hotel due to reserving with Booking.com.
I liked the local flare, views, cleanliness, food, drink, service with a smile. Tasty brunch took into account non meat eaters.
