Our room was internal - window facing the corridor. No option to get fresh air. Basic furniture - enough for a night stay, but the towel was only one for two of us.

Very nice location - 3min walk from the Love park. We stayed for a night and it was ok - the reception was waiting for us at 22.00.

Maybe, they can improve a little bit on the towels and toilet paper to have some supplies without going to ask for them. When there aren’t windy nights maybe you might feel hot and not comfortable. Just small details, but in general an 8/10.

Is very centric place, located on a quite street in Miraflores. You can take tours from it if you’re going to Peruhop and get your guide trips.

Although the room looked freshly painted, there was (on my opinion) a really strong smell of mold... I couldn't really understand where it was coming from, but it wasn't easy to fall asleep (opening the window wasn't an option due to humidity in Lima). I found the accommodation is quite expensive. Yes, the zone is central, but it's still feel expensive to me.

We had an upgrade into a bigger and better room apparently, that was really comfortable size, clean and with nice bathroom.

Terrible towel policy which is not on your website. After using the towels provided and after they cleaned the rooms I saw I had no new towels. I was told that only every other day. I had no idea. I even tried to pay extra for one towel but the person on reception said NO. I made a big issue of this and they finally gave me one. My girlfriend joined me the 2nd day and they gave her one towel for two nights. Really stupid policy. Two people use a room and they ration towels? Really bad policy.

The food at breakfast is basic but Lima is known for fancy dinners and pisco sour. Not breakfast. You’ll get coffee, juice, and a nice yogurt drink with an egg sandwich but don’t go into it thinking you’ll get a bespoke first meal.

The location is great and the facilities are exactly what you expect but what really puts it over the top is the staff. The front desk/operations manager is phenomenal. He wants to make your stay as special as Lima is and does a great job in all areas of his work.

Follow up on details in the room. Only 3 electrical outlets in the room and one was not working which they replace on the sixth day. NO electrical outlets in the bathroom. Towels are not new nor fluffy.

The workers were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was too simple. Coffee not that great and OJ was not natural. Eggs made to your choice and good. We had to ask for fruits and somedays they did provided it. Location was nice since you could walk to restaurants and the beach

The photos of the rooms are all wrong, so when I checked in I didn't get the room type I had expected. Despite the staff acknowledging this, I had to pay extra to "upgrade". Even then the room didn't meet expectations. No kettle or fridge, lamp didn't work, no aircon or fan, and the room was rather noisy due to the road traffic. Not good value for money.

the room was dirty, even the floor, the bathroom and all the rest. one of the entrance windows were broken, so we didn’t feel safe. no elevators to carry the luggage, weird check in , etc. it’s not a professional hotel. looks like a house instead.

The room was really noisy and although it was clean, it is not in good conditions. The shower is really bad, the face towel seemed a little dirty. Besides that, I paid for this hotel also because breakfast was included, but it started only by 8 in the morning. I had a flight to take, so could not eat it.

The staff was really welcoming and helped me with information I needed.
