We did our laundry there and found it was quite expensive compared to other laundry places on the same street which also take less time (2-4 hours vs one day at Inka). I guess you pay for the convenience!

Great place to stay and value for money! The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Always attentive if we needed anything and there is a nice little breakfast included to kick start the day. Location was perfect - a 10-15 min walk to the main square and in the other direction, a 15 min walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. If I ever returned to Cusco, I would stay at Hawka Inka again!

Hawka Inka was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is good but with many guests get in early or you may miss out. Hawka Inka is a 10min walk to the square and there are many reasonable restaurants, shops and laundries nearby (count your undies!). Great value.

The doors in the building were loud and we could hear other people coming in and out. Other than that we loved it

I loved the location and the staff were super friendly: We were able to walk everywhere and it felt super safe. The TV in the room was also nice to relax and watch Netflix after a long day.

Super clean - room was cleaned on the daily with regular towel change. Power sockets available on both sides of the bed. Comfortable room lighting with adequate night lights. Location was great - about 6mins walk to main plaza. Breakfast was simple but enough. All employees were super friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to plaza mayor. Very friendly staff. They even kept our luggage for free for 2 days after check-out. Breakfast was very good: buffet with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bread, cheese and more. Everything clean. They gave us towels, soap and toilet paper. Room (triple) was small but there was also a comfortable common area downstairs where you could sit.

1. No kettle at room 2. No heating at room. Cold at evening (I stayed in October) 3. Shower water pressure not stable. Water Temperature and volume can be impacted by your neighbors. 4. Double bed Room is not spacious. Two people probably cannot open luggage together. I booked one night with twin bed room, it was much better. 5. Staff cannot English well, sometimes need google translate. 6. Sound proof not good. Easy to hear neighbors and people waking at corridor.

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Good location close to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any future guests.

Awesome breakfast, but we were only able to have it one day because we had very early pick-ups for our excursions. Nice and comfy beds. and great location in quieter area of the city.
