We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe double beds are very narrow. For the price of the room, Queen size beds would be appreciated, especially for families or groups travelling together.
Excellent staff service. Wonderful breakfast. Nice outside courtyard. Good location, 20 min drive from the airport and 10 min walk from the main square.

CanadaThe price is high for two double beds. Offering the option of a room with two queen size beds would be ideal.
A comfortable Hilton hotel 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minute walk to the town square. The staff were helpful and polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

United KingdomHaving to pay for boxed breakfast when other hotels provide it for free once breakfast is included. This should not happen. I was surprised Hilton had the sane sewage smell problem as other hotels. The room views were not at all as expected. We looked out into what more looked like a dump. This hotel is up on the hill and walking to the main square meant walking back you need some pretty good lungs. Preparation for Rainbow Mountain I guess. Mind you taxis in Cusco are cheap so just take a taxi back.
The spa was really good. Despite being more expensive than in town, the convenience, cleanliness and skill of the staff was worth it. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Access to filtered water freely available on the property.

United StatesWe stayed here on 2 June occasions. The first time we booked it for ourselves and had a great experience. The second time was when our Latam flight was cancelled and they arranged our stay. This stay was very different. Felt like we were treated as 2nd tier guests. Food was supposed to be paid for but we were told we couldn’t get it to go and that we could only order spaghetti. Just wish we would have had a similar experience as when booking it ourselves. Left a bad taste in our mouth of the hotel.

United StatesWe had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel however the food was bad. Ordered ravioli stuff with aji de gallina and almond or pecan sauce but I couldn’t pass a bite. My husband and son ordered a hamburger but it was just ok Strange cause the food for the breakfast was outstanding

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was great and very accommodating. The bartenders and cocktail program were top notch, especially bartenders cocktail knowledge-on par with any major metropolitan area. Breakfast was awesome. Great views too. This hotel wasn't the most expensive but it surpassed the pricier hotels by getting the little things right. Kudos to the mgt and staff.
