The “double beds” were very small; kind of in between twin and double beds. No issue for individual travelers but we had two of these beds shared between three girls, which was a snug fit.

I already mentioned it at the top. .Better logistics and customer preference

Preference should be given to those clients who have booked months in advance of the festivities. Ask whether or not they are interested in celebrating these at the facilities. Have logistics of special importance to the client. The hotel facilities, the attention, everything was excellent and excellent. But they did not give my son and myself any important options, having to go find another hotel to welcome the New Year.

The rooftop bar was disappointing. The wine collection needs to be updated. Even the wine served did not taste good. I used the rooftop once and never went back.

Location is perfect in Miraflores. It was safe to walk around and close to the restaurants. The bed was super comfortable.

The hotel charged me US$45 for taxi from the airport to the hotel, it is more than double the market rate. Felt a bit ripped off by the hotel. The staff had a very limited of English

The noise from the rooftop was disruptive. The hotel staff was able to turn down the music but it still could be heard. They did offer breakfast, however, I did not get the chance to try it. It was nice to have a late checkout.

The one bedroom suite was beautiful and spacious. I loved the comfort of the bed and being able to eat in a separate room.

Size of the bed. The Queen bed category was really small...which I think it sounded more like a "super single" bed.

the property is nice what made this an unpleasant experience was the front desk staff - they were extremely rude and treated me poorly. i have a medical condition that requires me to travel with a service dog, the front desk staff was extremely insensitive about it. i felt embarrassed and unwelcome

To start, the stuff is really slow. Papers, after paper work and endless signatures. Even though I was only there for 2 nights. They imposed an amount for room service etc, I wanted to say no or decline, but she had already done the process. A gentleman William at the front desk was horrendous, I had a couple of friends over to the rooftop, but William insisted that I should check them in before even going up to my room. I'm a frequent traveler to peru and usa almost on the monthly basis. And I had stayed at other 3 and 4 star hotels in miraflores. And I couldn't come back to this hotel. If you are a single successful man, take another hotel. This one is too uptight. They will make you sign up and check any other guess that they see you come up after hours. Terrible. Just because of that I'll rather stay at the del pilar hotel which is only a few blocks away and it's also a 4 star hotel, but much more friendly service. A well renowned hotel should treat their guests as valued customers not as prisoners in a jail cell.

The hotel is new and a 4 star hotel, but that's about it.
