I stayed overnight after a flight was canceled. It is just a few blocks away (across the street from the airport entrance). There was excellent shuttle service and my room was quite nice. I fly through Lima often and I think it my favorite hotel near the airport

There is a 10% surcharge in the fine print here that I didn't notice. When the price at check-in was different than the price here, I asked about it and the employee who checked me in showed me their computer screen. It was only an $11 difference, but it was annoying that they snuck that in. It didn't feel like transparent pricing. Just note that the price you are quoted here will be 10% higher than what you agree to. It's listed somewhere towards the bottom of the Booking.com page. The hotel emailed instructions for finding the shuttle, which I appreciated. But when I went to the Taxi365 desk they lost interest quickly when they realized I wasn't a paying client. They pointed in a vague direction and said, "Wait over there." I asked for clarification a few times, and finally someone at the taxi company next door made sure I knew where to wait.

I had a king room on the 8th floor and loved it! It was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable – exactly what I needed after a long travel day. They also let me do a late (2pm) checkout because my next flight wasn't until that evening. And breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. In addition to a huge buffet, they also offered eggs cooked to order. And the employees running the breakfast were incredibly helpful. This was a perfect spot to rest and relax during my travels. I would stay here again.

The staff at the counter didn't approve a late checkout after 7:00 PM... even though I told them I was an IHG member and I paid for a late checkout. The guy who checked me in didn't include my IHG number, even though I wrote it down for him as requested.

I would like to thank Mr. Christian Zafra, for the assistance he provided in letting me have a late check out. His customer service skills and his professional attitude made my stay a superb one. He should be recognized for the work he does. I am a gold member with IHG, and the other staff didn't care. He did, and that is what it makes the difference! Thank you

It would’ve been so nice to have comfortable outdoor furniture somewhere on the property so as to enjoy the sunshine! There was nowhere to relax out of the efficient AC which some may like but which gets cold for me. And a hot tub or spa in the pool area would be awesome!

Property was wonderful and exceeded expectations! It’s so great to have an airport hotel that operates 24/7! The free breakfast-available for 6 HOURS- was so filling and delicious. The free airport shuttle was wonderfully convenient. The showers and beds were first rate. The dinner was excellent too and our waiter, Jose, was welcoming and attentive. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer!

Less than 1000 feet from the airport, so it's close, but not as convenient as the Wyndham across the parking lot, from which you can walk to the airport. Between the Holiday Inn and the airport is a VERY busy road, and no crosswalk, so despite prioximity, you have to take a shuttle. You have to go to the desk in the airport to request the shuttle,and then wait for it, and then be shuttled the 1000 feet to the airport. It took 30 minutes for us to reach the actual hotel after we arrived at the desk. This is a bit absurd when you can literally see the hotel across the street. There is definite room for improvement here.

The room was comfortable, clean and very nice. It was also quiet. I never heard street noise at all. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of items. Hot and cold, and everything was good. Not exceptional but good. The restaurant for dinner was even better, but rather expensive, probably the most expensive food we ate during our stay in Peru. We had a club sandwich, 2 beers, and fish and chips, with one dessert and I'm pretty sure it was about 55 USD. These are the prices you pay for convenience, however.

Nothing, this is a great hotel. Be aware that it is an hour from town so not the hotel to be based at for exploring Lima but as long as you know that, this is a great hotel.

Super comfy beds and convenient location to the hotel. It's a pick up for Peru hop buses and the staff were super helpful and made sure the bus would not miss us. They do breakfast super early at 4am which is very convenient.

Nice hotel next to the airport. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is necessary even though the hotel is right next to the airport. The hotel is great for a long layover or if for some other reason you need to wait longer for a flight. They have a restaurant with a fairly varied menu. The rooms are comfortable, two different pillows available, tv, and so on.
