We stayed the first night in a small room, but they moved us to a bigger one for the next two nights, much appreciated. Good breakfast and nice staff. The location is good as well. For the price the small room would have been too expensive in my opinion, so great we could stay in a bigger one.

I stayed 1 week in this hotel. great location, close to bus station and few minutes walk to restaurants and city center. room is clean and bed is comfortable. just be aware what kind of window you expect in your room (it seems like in cusco, most windows are actually facing indoors)

Property needs sprucing up. For people with mobility problems, there is way too many steps. There are steps upon steps upon steps. Breakfast served is very limited. Juices and milk are scares.

• we didn’t had warm water the 2 first days but it got fixed quiet fast after we mentioned it.

• very well located: close to the main square, main streets, and Inca Rail boarding point. • people at the reception do not speak English but they’re very helpful (thanks to google translation). • possibility to store/leave your big luggages if you leave for Machu Picchu trip. • breakfast is a nice buffet with hand made eggs & juices. • quiet location as the rooms are not on the streets. • we had to leave very early for some excusions & we received a (basic) lunch bag as we couldn’t make it to the breakfast :)

The hot water was broken the first two nights we were there, and then only half worked (luke warm water that turned cold halfway thru the shower) despite the owner telling us it was fixed. The final four nights we did have hot water, though.

Room wasn’t heated. You’ll need to wear heavier clothing inside. This is at appx 3,400 meters (11,150 feet). I tired very easily.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms spacious, and the location is great at a few minutes from Limacpampa (bus from the airport) and near the main square, restaurants and shops. We could leave our luggage here during the Inca Trail

I stayed on the third floor and I could hear music coming from the breakfast area from 7am on which affected my sleep.

The staff were very present through out and Linda on reception was excellent. She was very professional and friendly in her approach. I experienced some issues printing documentation and understanding the location of my bus terminal, she was extremely helpful and persisted until my issues had been resolved. She is an excellent ambassador for what exceptional customer service looks it.

We had two rooms : one was very big and the other one was rather small. The showers are good with plenty of hot water. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Rooms are generally quiet unless you have noisy neighbors. Breakfast is downstairs and it is a buffet. You also get an egg prepared in the way you want and a fresh juice. There is no elevator to get to the upper floors. The hotel is located a 15 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. There are shops and restaurants located in the neighborhood. If you need an express laundry there is one located not very far from the hotel. You will get a little plan of Cusco when you check in in the hotel on which they will point to all the facilities in the neighborhood.

Their luggage storage is located in a maintenance room and after we came back from our trip to Machu Picchu, our bag, including all our clothes, were completely soaked since the bag was clearly placed under some pipe or leaking sink. The staff did apologize and wash & dry our clothes for free but if we had to move on to our next destination right away, it would have been awful. When a hotel offers luggage storage, there should be a dedicated dry & clean space for it.

The hotel is located in a nice building with a pretty courtyard. If your room is on the upper floors it should be mentioned that it's a lot of stairs to walk but that did not bother us. Staff was friendly but when we were checking in, the lady only spoke Spanish (which we unfortunately do not speak). The location is not bad, even though not completely central.
