Location, friendly staff, beds are comfortable. They also guarded my bag for two days (free of charge) when I went to Machu Picchu. Plus the patio is great for having a beer and a smoke.

The room didn't match the description of the suite we had booked and there was no hot water during our stay. Only stayed one night so did not complain.

Huge hostel with a games room, restaurant, library, loads of stuff. Staff were all really friendly and Sharmely went out of her way to organise an airport transfer for me after my flight was really delayed and the taxi clowns at the airport were all trying to charge me 4x the price. The room deco was a bit too eclectic for my taste.

The room was quite big with a sitting area and kitchen, also a nice balcony overseeing Cusco. The bathroom was nice and had everything you needed. The breakfast was also very good, and you can do many activities in the patio!

on friday and saturday they have a DJ playing in the courtyard which is quite loud.. but the music doesn't go on very late (until around 10)

The WiFi kept disconnecting, which was a bit of a bummer but it did work pretty well in between the breaks

Is too close to downtown, so at night doesn't seem too safe.

Loved the facilities, but the location is not that great. It is really close to everything, but a little bit far from the Plaza when you walk at night. Didn't feel too much safe, but it was a great experience anyways. The rooms are super big and I loved it. The breakfast is AMAZING, totally unexpectted. I loved it, felt I was in a hotel.

- no curtains for the beds - the second time I stayed, my reservation didn't work - only some beds have a small personal light+shelf to put your phone, the beds without are less convenient

-very quiet at night (it's Cuzco, so of course some people will wake up at 4am for a trek, but aside from that, a very welcomed silence) -inner courtyard to relax -several rooms dedicated to various activities (movies, games, etc.) - confortable beds - lockers (medium sized backpacks) - restaurant/bar - paintings and sofas

The bed seem to have proper matresses but when you are a side-sleeper it's just painful. I was sick during my stay and tried to sleep alot, but in the end I just hurt my back trying to sleep. I do not quite get where the "boutique" part comes from in the Hostel Name.

The Patio is amazingly beautiful. You will be surrounded by blooming Jasmin scent, and can enjoy the sun in a calm environment. The Hostel has a Restaurant and a Gym (I didn't use) but it looked okay. I was staying in the 4 bed dorm which had it's own bathroom incl shower.

The stairs, our room was on the third level but it was manageable. Also, the room was cold, we slept well with the extra blanket, but maybe a little heater would be very helpful.

We loved the staff, super helpful and kind! Joyce at the reception was amazing helping us when we just arrived all the way til the end when she ordered a cab for us to go to the airport. The food was great! And the provided a breakfast bag for the days we had to leave early. The place was clean, we asked for an extra blanket and the staff provided one. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back there in our next trip to Cuzco!
