I never managed to find reception, not certain if there is currently a formal reception area but this did not cause any issues. The room was very basic, but good for the price.

The location was in a small street adjacent to the line for the Machu Picchu bus. The hotel arranges for someone from the to meet me at the train station. They provided an excellent packed lunch.

Hallways tend to echo so make sure to bring a pair of ear plugs.

The staff here are very friendly. Breakfast was great. They will have someone at the train station to walk you to the hotel.

The owner greets me with a smile at the train station. He showed the town where to eat. In addition, the owner provided the breakfast when we checked in due to my early trip in the morning. The owner went above and beyond. Thank you!!! 10 STARS service and accommodation!!! We stay again if I go in the future.

They came to the train station to help with our luggage and our return trip. The breakfast was good. Be ready to climb stairs in the town and the hotel. The owner and staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us find a guide for Machu Picchu who did an excellent job

The host is super nice! He met us at the train station, prepared breakfast for us (we had to leave before 5am), and let us stay in the common room afterward while we were waiting for our afternoon train. We very much enjoyed the location—it was convenient to the bus/bus ticket office and the train station.

The WiFi was very intermitent but it seemed to be a problem in the whole town.

Location is just perfect, walking distance from the train station and bus ticket box office. Edilberto (the guy at the front desk) was awesome, picked up us at the train station, helped us to buy the tickets for the bus and gave us useful hints. We departed very early the next morning so Edilberto gave us our box lunch in advance the night before.

I had a pleasant experience, they helped me with everything necessary for my stay and tour in Machupicchu, the staff was very friendly and charming, the room they gave me for my family was spacious, comfortable and clean, in the morning Edilberto gave me a delicious breakfast and enough to get to the mountain of Machupicchu, during the visit we were able to leave our things at the hotel completely free of charge, at the end we all said goodbye very grateful because everything turned out perfect. The guide they assigned me was very kind and with valuable information I leave happy and I hope to return soon and choose them again for my next stay.

Super available Staff. He logistically helped via whatsapp and picked me up at the station (4 min walking from the structure). The hotel is at 1 min walking from the bus stop for machu picchu! He also allowed me to keep my stuff the hotel during my trip to machu picchu.

The staff were super helpful, arranging an excellent Machu Piccu guide and helping to get our luggage to and from the train station. The location is perfect as it is close to both the train station and the bus pickup for Machu Piccu. A good value as well. Recommended.

The walls are very thin and you can hear people talk/walk outside the room, AND very important thing that I thought was a little bit inconvenient is that the humidity in the room was so high, the clothes we left outside of our luggage was actually a little bit damp the next morning and the medication I left on the table almost melted because of the humidity in the room, but I'm not sure what it's connected to and maybe it was just our room

The owner is so adorable and cute, he met us at the station with the paper that had my name on it, and then he also cooked us breakfast the next day before we departed for MP. We wakes up accordingly to the time you leave and is just so sweet. He let us keep our bags at the hotel for hours after we checked out which we were so grateful for. The room is simple, but comfortable and has everything you need.

I would choose next time a room with windows to the outdoor. We are in an inside room.

We were pick up from the station in Aguas Calientes as it is a little maze. The gentleman in the hotel was very nice, kind and caring. The breakfast was home made. The place is very quiet and the bed comfy, exactly what you need for a night after visiting Machu Picchu.

Edilberto treatment is very friendly and always willing to help and provide his warm hospitality, the breakfast is delicious and complete, the room was suitable for spending the night and was very quiet, the location is quite close to everything and the possibility of Go back to rest and pick up the suitcases, my stay was pleasant and I will recommend it to my close friends.

I wish the room had better ventilation - there was just an interior window to the stairs. As I got to know the area more, I realize this is probably not so uncommon for the budget accommodations. It was a small room but definitely comfortable enough for 1-2 nights.

Excellent location, very convenient to the train and bus. Very helpful staff who met us at the train station, which we really appreciated as it's a bit confusing when you first arrive. And they very kindly packed us to go bag since we left for Machu Picchu before breakfast. Super thoughtful! Would stay again.
