The rooms are not very soundproof so we heard the neighbors coming and going quite a bit.

Ediberto the host was super attentive and responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to have a good trip to Machu Picchu. We loved the to go breakfast bag and the hot shower.

it’s a no frills hotel without much in the way of charming common areas (just a small check in area). Rooms were small and basic, but clean and adequate for the one night we were there.

Great location in the heart of town, close to everything including the bus to Machu Picchu and the river lined with shops and restaurants. Staff was excellent (not much English so that might be a challenge for some, but we have a couple of decent Spanish speakers in our family). We were met at the train station and led to the hotel, helped with bus tickets and an excellent Machu Picchu guide, and he prepared a to go breakfast for our early morning departure.

The Edilbeto staff who was attentive to our arrival and gave us very friendly treatment, the room was clean and comfortable with a great location. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to leave our backpacks for free after check out, they helped us book an excellent guide and also a restaurant with delicious food.

Simple comfortable accommodation, the room was clean and quiet, Edilberto, a kind person, prepared delicious full and fresh breakfasts to leave full of energy to Machupicchu, the accommodation is well located which allowed us to leave our suitcases and then go through them. He also gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation, we will recommend it to our friends and family.

Friendly and concerned host, he helped us a lot to buy our tickets and they gave us a great tour guide Jesus. The room is simple but with everything you need to spend the night, the breakfast was abundant and fresh. Getting the hot water figured out can be a bit tricky. Other than that, which I am assuming is a common theme in most places in the whole of Latin America, everything was great. Good place and a fair price.

Excellent location. The host was at the train station to guide us to the hotel. Aguas Calientas is a small but very confusing town when you first arrive. The host ensured we were well taken care of, shared opinions of where to eat, which were spot on. We are a family of 5, so it's tough finding a comfortable place at a good price, but this place did it well. The complimentary breakfast was amazing as well. It was clean, and comfortable.

Hot water takes forever to arrive but they let you know that at your arrive. Check out is 9 am which I guess is normal in town as most people leave to Machu Picchu early in the morning.

Lovely couple runs this place which is perfect for a night before visiting the sacred city. Nothing more than what you need to rest for a night. Quiet and comfortable rooms. They will pick you up from the train station which is just a minute walk from the hotel. Good american breakfast which they will schedule with you since the previous night.

Nothing all very well

A pleasant atmosphere we had an unforgettable vacation in Machupicchu, the staff is super friendly and kind, they waited for us upon arrival and explained more about the town, the hotel's location is close to the station and plaza, the room was comfortable and very clean. In the morning they prepared a delicious breakfast for us to leave with all our energies to Machupicchu, with a guide that they recommended to us and who was patient for the photos and a comprehensive explanation. They leave us wanting to return in the future. Really recommended.

The location is perfect right next to the square, fair and station, the room was quiet, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is super fresh and varied. The attention of the staff is incredible, fully coordinated, they provided us with a wonderful pick-up service in the city of Cusco and upon arrival they waited for us with excellent recommendations.

Clean and spacious room, not suitable for people with walking difficulties as the rooms can only be reached by stairs. Super Service. Since we wanted to start our tour before breakfast, a great packed lunch was provided for us in the evening. The receptionist Edi... (unfortunately I forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful.
