They cleaning could be better, and the showers take a minute to get hot water.

The bathroom was too small and there is no separation between shower and toilet. Everything gets wet.

Being located on the square and having very thin walls created a very loud environment. Also people leave very early for excursions and the thin walls allow you to hear everything going on. If you’re an English only speaker there is definitely a language barrier with the owners.

Great location right on the plaza. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very simple but good. Convenience store on the first level was very handy.

The facilities. The building is very old. Don't expect too much. It is only fits budget backpacker.

It is in the middle of everything! Close to all restaurants and tourist attraction. Overall, I give 10/10 for the location. The staffs are also kind.

TV no sound, I Dont need a TV! but if you put one, let it work. or Just dont put it. Door knob in my room broke - but not fixed. Cold because no heat in rooms. (but Thick blankets helped)

Our bathroom wasn't the best but it had hot water which certainly makes a difference.

Great location right in the main plaza and yet was still quiet and laid back. The staff are warm and pleasant and responded to any needs we had.

- For several nights they turned of the hot water, so we needed to keep asking to them to turn it on! And most of the times it didn’t worked properly. They change the thermostat all the time, during the night time, you’ll not have a hot shower after a party or a long day walking and visiting. - They do have breakfast, but it’s also so simple. (Hot water, peruvian bread, fried egg and tea), no other options other than that, wich was tuff. - The toilet was BROKEN as you can see in the photos and it was drowning, literally the room was full of water every morning, and most of the times WE HAD TO GO GET the stuff and dry it by ourselves. (They didnt fix it or apologize for it) - The window of the 304 is in the corridor, so cant open it and have privacy at the same time, also, you can hear all the guests and staff all day long walking and everything. - Sometimes they leave the kids in the reception of the hostel, they have around 7 and 11 years old, and don´t speak english, i had problems trying to talk with them to ask for amenities, hot water, and more.

The location is fantastic! Right in front of Plaza Del Armas. The staff is also good, you can see that they are good and simple people wanting to help, but they seem not prepared to handle some situations. (They don't speak english as well)

Everything, the room, the food, the location, the staff. Everything was super nice, very convenient and easy access to everything. The lady was super nice and let us leave our bags until our flight time, also when my flight was delayed she let us stay in the waiting area. Five stars.

The wifi was not working properly, the plugs were very loose and I wasn’t able to charge my phone nor any of my devices while I was there. The reception was ALWAYS unattended. The first night of my stay I decided to go partying and upon my return the place was closed. I rang the bell and knocked but no one responded so I had to find a different place to spend the night. Next morning when I return, I speak with who I understand is the lady in change, let her know what happened, and she says that they didn’t realize when I left the property 🥲 and I was like: I should be free of leaving and returning any time I please, and she’s like: no, you need to tell us when you leave. And that would’ve been tot fine, but NEVER mentioned that upon check in so I ended up getting my airport transportation complimentary. However, the lady never stopped making up making up excuses and never apologized for nothing, she was like giving me the service for free so I could shut up.

Very convenient location. Clean facilities. Extremely courteous staff, Saul was very accommodative. Great breakfast. Overall exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again when I come back.

We didn't have a bathroom we could use. The toilets were backed up and the bathroom smelled like sewage really bad. The staff was really nice in trying to clean it that night and get the smell to go away but as soon as the toilet or water ran the smell came back. We woke up and couldnt use the bathroom the smell was so bad, we left at 6am skipper breakfast and headed for another hotel.

The location is good being right on the main plaza but the noise outside all night and I'm talking all night starting at 8pm and going until 6am the music, fireworks, people outside at bars is really loud, i was trying to cover my ears with the other pillow. The beds are comfy.

Room got very cold, was tough showering in the morning. The shower was hot but the stream of water was very narrow - not ideal for a big fella like myself.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The hosts were just gorgeous and were happy to help with anything I needed. I bought a Drone with me for photos and it suddenly stopped working, the host happily let me use his computer so I could rectify the problem.

Bedsheets were heavy. Bathroom was uncomfortable. When you shower you splash water all over the place, because the curtain is too short and the drain was clogged. Floor was quite dirty. You could hear all the noise from other visitors entering or exiting the premises, specially when going down the stairs. The entrance was always locked so you had to wait for the staff to open the door. Staff rarely wore masks or took any sort of safety health protocols. Finally the price was higher than initially stated. Overall a pretty bad experience, wouldn’t recommend.
